Building a strong relationship with each and every patient is the first step in ensuring your experience with us is an enjoyable one. Diane is a graduate of the University of New Haven. There she received her bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene as well as her certification to provide local anesthesia.
When it comes to the health of your family nothing is more important, and a healthy smile is something that should be valued from the very beginning. While a full, beautiful smile might just seem like an aesthetic benefit having healthy teeth and gums provides the ability to speak to those around you and consume the nutrients you need for your body to stay healthy.
Dr. Joe and Dr. Ted are true craftsmen when it comes to esthetic dental procedures. While the term "cosmetic" may suggest that these services are used only to improve esthetics, that is far from the truth. Our clinical staff is extensively trained to use these services not only to improve appearance, but enhance the function and longevity of your teeth as well.
Immediate Dentures: These are usually a temporary means of helping you transition to successful denture wearing. Because of the muscular readjustment required, as well as the natural shrinkage of gums, the dentures which are placed immediately after tooth extraction won't fit as well as permanent dentures made when the healing is complete.

The facility is very clean, the wait times are low, the staff is professional. Got fillings done recently with no pain.
Advice to management: the lines of communication between hygienists and dentists have room for improvement. The hygienists seem scared to talk to dentists. The dentists could improve on their engagement with patients (eye contact, greetings, etc.)

Due to COVID our dentist had to close.
So, we had to find another dentist. I am not a person who likes to go to the dentist but I am faithful with cleanings and any work that needs to be done.
Gargano Family Dentistry was the absolute best decision!! Every single person there is sooo nice and welcoming. Their facility is up to date with technology and their staff is wonderful.
We could not be any more delighted.

Twice per year I have the pleasure of having my cleanings at Gargano Family Dentistry at their brand new, state of the art facility. Everything is so clean and safe! The people are friendly and attentive. I was a few minutes early for my cleaning and I barely sat down and was immediately called in. The entire visit was just perfect. X-rays, cleaning and a full check up by Dr. Gargano took less than an hour and went super smoothly. If you need a dentist, there's nowhere else to go! Also plenty of parking in a safe well-lit lot.

Gargano Family Dentistry EXCEEDED my expectations. After not having a routine check-up in years due to lack of insurance, I finally was able to go back to a Dentist and was referred to Ted. (My old dentist had retired)
I was anxious to go back to the dentist as I always had anxiety going to my old one growing up. However, Ted's expertise and professionalism along with his easy-going personality truly made the entire experience one to remember.
