Had my first appointment at Dixwell Dental today. The receptionists were super helpful & friendly, the facility was spotless, and the cleaning was as pleasant an experience as I could've hoped for. If, like me, you have any anxiety or negative feelings associated with going to the dentist, you should give this place a chance. The warm reviews are very much deserved.

I was treated by Dr. Neal Patel, who performed a deep cleaning that took place in less than 10 minutes and charged me $ 495, when I got home I checked me my teeth because for me was a surprise that the deep cleaning was only performed in less than 10 minutes since supposedly It was a deep cleaning . I was surprised that the upper side still shows the dental plaque.

Great experience today at Dixwell Dental. When I arrived, the ladies in the reception area realized there was a glitch in the system and my appointment had not carried over from the online portal. I offered to come back but they insisted they would make it work since I was already there. They were very accommodating and I was seen in a timely manner despite the miscommunication. Dr. Joshi and Elba were great. I had to have my first ever cavity filled and they were very comforting and explained the process very thoroughly, as I was very nervous. Everyone was very friendly, the office was clean,
