Less than one star. These people don't have anyone, bump someone to cover your needs. There is one person who comes to work after 10:30 am and leaves at 3PM. That same person handles administrative duties- calling for authorization, hiring, and scheduling. Truly inefficient!! They promise way more than they can deliver!!! I cannot imagine why more people have Not spoken up to save you Your precious time!!!

We're pleased with this company. The aides are good & the office ladies call to follow up, etc. when the aides have emergencies. I've had really bad experiences at two other agencies before finding them. The owners are hands on as well which is rare & accommodating. I'd recommend them highly. They really care & we've seen their efforts to ensure that we have what we need for mom!

This company sucks, very unprofessional. My godmama was a client at this company and they couldn't keep consistent staffing. My godmama had Alzheimer's and when they send different staff it affects her day. The company was told this on numerous occasions, but continued to disregard our request. There were plenty of days that no one showed up to care for her and no one to send according to that rude office manager. The office manager is very rude and not client friendly. She definitely needs to go get training in customer service etiquette. Do not use this company if you want some peace
