Had a home health care professional coming in twice a week to care for my 84 year old father who is paralized on one side due to a stroke. Very happy with the individual who was assigned to us, however 3 weeks ago she seemed ill and I let her know she didn't need to come on the next scheduled day if she still felt ill. Since she left the home that day, she did not return and we were not notified by the agency as to whether she was ok, or when/if she would be returning. I left multiple voice mails with the company as I was concerned about her, but they did not respond. I had her personal cell number
