Actually, it is not horrible. It is nonexistent.
It is really a shame that I am leaving only a one star review for this company, because I started off really liking their products. My wife and I ordered five of their tall (60 inch) spiked Agave in a cement planter. We had seen one at a Target store and thought it looked great. It was nearly $700 for the set, but it was worth it we thought because they helped to fill in our entire patio.

The absolute worst company to deal with! Their return policy states you can get a refund or replacement but you never get the refund but only keep getting replacements that you must waste your time driving to a FedEx facility over and over again as they keep sending you replacements. Try calling them? All you get is voice mail with a promise of a return call that never comes. Try emailing them? Good luck with that one as all you get is a robotic response that says they are busy "getting your order together". Is this a horror movie with Artificial Intelligence gone Awry? Stay away

As others have mentioned, it appears this company is a scam. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The only way to contact this company is through voicemail or a message on their site. They don't reply to either option. If you call during business hours, they make you wait in a queue only to then route you to the same voicemail system again when it's your turn. I cannot believe credit card companies allow this company to still use their payment systems.

Being fired from this place was one of the best things that could have ever happened to me . No more stress literally started a brand new job the following Week I wish I would have left long time ago. Now I’m living my best life at a new job no stress at all . My Co workers were very nice I enjoyed working with them . but the job was just to dam stressful. I gained weight from stress now I lost all the weight from not having stress and now I look like new money its Amazing what not having to deal with stress can do in such a short time . DO NOT order from these people. Still waiting on order I placed 2 weeks ago. Three replies to inquiries...two indicating item being boxed for shipment and be patient, they receive many orders. Last reply to why product missing indicated they were lying all along...item was not in stock, not being boxed and their customer service replies were total BS. Reply indicated item was backordered but now being boxed. I have NO faith in this company...don't make mistake I did in trusting they were reputable.

I work at Nearly Natural for about 3 months and this place is very unprofessional, unorganized, and in general no growing opportunity. I was terminated for not showing up to work the days i had my CDL exam AND made sure i spoke to my supervisor about the situation and they STILL decide to fire me which is very unfair. I was easily one of the hard working employees in this place. Always showed them i had passion in me to work and do overtime if necessary. It was my mistake for not seeing the reviews and comments before starting to work there. I advice everyone buying or looking to get hire by this

I purchased Topiary two of them Fed Ex delivered. When I picked up boxes I heard a lot of sounds like sand in box. When I opened box this is what I found . Pictures attached. I called Nearly Natural and emailed photos and was told as long as I mailed them back I could get a refund . Great well I don't drive and live not close to stores . Customer service is terrible no help. All the agent just kept tell me there's no refund until I drop off boxes at a Fed ex. I explained my situation but once again repeatedly told me as long as I get it back to a Fed ex I'll get a refund. So basically

I recently ordered from this company and only received one of 2 items. I called at least a dozen times and left voicemails twice. I also left 2 emails requesting assistance. The invoicing was unclear and said that the 2 trees were shipped but only one arrived. Another email said that the order was cancelled. I simply needed to know if it was a partial shipment and should be expecting the other. Or was the one stolen off my porch, or is it in backorder. I too, as many others have stated, have had a very frustrating experience trying to get a refund on an item never received. I sent an email in this regard on March 27th which was acknowledged with a response email and a ticket number which had been assigned. Subsequently, I never received any other correspondence from customer service, so I called and did speak with someone who acknowledged that their records indicated the item in question was lost at the Fed Ex facility. I was told that a credit would be issued and acknowledged with an email. Neither of these things happened. I have now called

We placed a single order with Nearly Natural. The plant arrived 03-February-2021 with minimal damage to the box (no crushing, just one 2-inch hole). Nevertheless, the ceramic pot arrived in pieces. I contacted the company 04-February-2021 and heard nothing from them (except twice-daily e-mailed ads) until 07-March-2021 at which time I was asked to rate their service! Not surprisingly, I rated the service "Bad, I'm unsatisfied" and went on to explain why. It is now 10-April-2021 and, except for the at least daily e-mailed ads, I have heard nothing.

Wish I had seen all these bad reviews from the start prior to ordering. Ordered two 5’ majestic palms. Shipping only took two days but I live in Florida so I guess I lucked out there. However a few days later when I went to style them since they were all compressed together I realized that the quality was lacking. Half of the stems weren’t centered with the faux leaves and many hanging off or semi attached in places and extra gobs of brown plastic bits here and there. Don't bother calling them either. Every time I call it's the same recording... 10+ calls ahead of you, then straight to voicemail with no return call. They aren't even Nearly getting it right for a company that's been around this long I would have expected more. Perhaps they are slipping big time.

I ordered an olive tree on nearlynatural.com after I saw them everywhere on Instagram. I just got a new house and in the process of renovations so I needed something to help fill in a bare corner in my home. It took awhile to get the olive tree, was sold out on Amazon and everywhere. The customer service is not good. I ordered and paid for expedited fedex shipping. When I placed the order it gave me a 6 day later delivery date. I was satisfied with that!
However, the arrival date kept changing. I received an email from nearly natural saying the order had shipped but it hadn't. Even with expensive expedited shipping, it took 9 days to receive. I called customer service and Enrique gave me the run around, telling me they sent me an email immediately after I ordered saying shipping would be delayed due to covid ( this didn't happen, I would have cancelled my order

Ordered a plant and they kept telling me the ordered was delayed because of COVID for two weeks. On the third week they say the plant is out of stock after I called them. Had I not kept asking them where my plant was, they would have never even told me the item was out of stock. Not sure why this wasn't disclosed to me with one week. Absolutely no excuse. Then my refund has still never gone through nor have I received a cancellation confirmation. These guys are crooks and their customer service doesn't care at all. Do not order from these people.
