I have generally supported Dr. Macko and her office, and even recommended family and friends there. But after a recent encounter where they basically denied me accommodations because her and her office wanted to dictate what was "allowed" as disability accommodations (which they legally cannot due per the ADA, which is what my day job is in), I can no longer recommend them. I sincerely hope that they fix their ableist office policies so that I can change this review later.
I will not be going back there, but I would like to still recommend this place for my disabled friends and family. Hopefully

They’re the best dental office I’ve ever had. Everyone is friendly, the office is soothing, and I’ve never felt shamed for my occasional flossing lapses. I had a crown fall off and they were able to get me in incredibly quickly to fix it.
I’ve also always felt safe there during the course of COVID-19: they closed during the worst of it, have air purifiers in every exam area, and ran weekend pop up vaccination clinics for the most vulnerable clients during early vaccine rollout.
Also, they always give me my favorite color of toothbrush.

First time at this dental office and everyone was so friendly! Warm welcomes and all smiles. My dental hygienist Devi (I’m pretty sure that was her name) was by far the friendliest one there, absolutely loved her! Erin Macko the doctor was also very, very friendly and helpful! Will absolutely be back and absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Macko is the most incredible dentist I've ever encountered. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, skillful, precise, but her kindness and desire to provide her patients with the best care possible is unmatched. Yesterday, Dr. Macko did not hesitate to work outside of her schedule to make sure that I went home comfortable and happy, and I could not have been more grateful. We are fortunate to have Dr. Macko and her office as our family dentist. She put our 13 year old daughter's fears and dislike towards dentists to rest. We trust her work and her advice completely. My 4 year old daughter had 3 cavities and Dr. Macko and Miss Debbie were fantastic! She didn't shed a single tear and was smiling as she walked out the door. Miss Debbie sat with my daughter and built a trusting rapport with her before the procedure and I really think that helped my daughter relax. I couldn't recommend them more! Dr. Macko and Caroline also did a great job with my son and really strive to prevent future problems. My son trusted her so much that he let her pull out his front tooth that was really loose. Great with children! And also with adults...my visit was great as well. :) Very
