Newark Dental Associates offers a variety of dental treatments to ensure you and your family a healthy smile. Regular checkups and prophylactic cleanings are your first line of defense against dental problems. Major costly dental treatments can be avoided with a proactive attitude. Comprehensive dental examinations with necessary x-rays allows our doctors to diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment.
In order to protect the blood clot, maintain firm pressure by biting on the gauze sponge that has been placed over the surgical area, or by biting on a tea bag which has been gently moistened and wrapped in a piece of gauze. Keep steady firm pressure for 45 minutes. Repeat as often as needed. Do not rinse or use mouthwash for at least 24 hours.

I came in to have my tooth pulled, and Dr Justin took extreme care to to make me as comfortable as possible. He even put my preference of music on during the procedure. It was a tough extraction, but he pulled it with the minimum of pain. Great care was taken! Thanks to Dr Justin and the whole staff at Newark Dental for making a bad situation into a great experience.

I broke a couple of veneers a couple days before my cousin's big wedding day. In order to have that perfect picture smile, I had to move fast. I gave them a call, and they were able to schedule me in for the same day. 3 hours after the incident, my teeth were fixed and my smile was perfect once again. The staff were incredibly nice and Dr. Chou was very professional in ensuring that my teeth came out looking natural and new again.

I am simply terrified of the dentist. I have suffered a few mishaps along the way and each time it has taken a few years to re-gain trust in a dentist.
I have been under Dr Chou's care at Newark Dental Associates for a few months now as he has fixed some of the mistakes made my previous dentists. I can safely say that I trust him 100% to take good care of my teeth.
This dental office is also almost always on time. One time (out of 7 visits) I had to wait 20 minutes to get into the dentist's chair. I find this pretty amazing since my appointments are always in the mid-afternoon. You
