We know that time is essential when a pet is sick and have designed our laboratory to deliver essential test results immediately so we may begin the right treatment from the start. Our state-of-the-art laboratory includes several in-house analyzers to speed diagnoses. The CBC machine checks red and white blood cell counts as well as platelet values.
Gardens Animal Hospital is a privately owned, progressive animal hospital offering high end medicine in a fun, supportive staff environment. Our largest hotel suite (6'x6') allows plenty of space to stretch out in our bright and airy hotel. Your pet will enjoy a window view to our yard and individual outdoor playtime three times a day. Whether it be The Justice Program that allows all retired K9 Officer's to receive special medical benefits and discounts. Or the wonderful Rescue groups we work with to offer low-cost spays, neuters, vaccines and medical treatment. Many retired K9 Officers do not receive any medical benefits after retiring.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Gardens Animal Hospital! Having a vet that you can trust goes a long way. They are so kind and explained everything cost wise before they did anything, per my request. They also thoroughly explained what was going on and the best possible treatment plans to help with my cats bladder issues. They treated my sweet boy, like their own. I am so grateful I found them.

Everyone is very sweet here. It's a family vet, so they're a little pricey, but they don't sneak bills onto you. You're always aware of what you're paying for, why you're paying for it, and given an option to decline. The doctors are knowledgeable and will explain their thought process when making a diagnosis.

From the moment we came into the clinic, each person working at the clinic gave our situation immediate and direct attention. After an uncomfortable procedure for my cat, I was given immediate follow up and advice from one of the vets. Each person in the office was kind and considerate-professional and understanding. The office environment is clean, calm and very efficient while still being welcoming:)

Unfortunately I thought my experience was good, however, after my cat received a rabies vaccine from this location, he developed injection rabies site sarcoma which is a cancer due to the rabies vaccine. I highly regret taking my beloved cat to this location for his rabies vaccine as that is what caused him to develop a tumor on his leg, had it amputated, & since the cancer spread too soon, unfortunately we had to put him down. I did not want to give my cat that vaccine but the vet insisted it is mandatory; but that is what killed him.

There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for everyone at Gardens Animal Hospital. I brought my little kitty in for the first time this afternoon. Every single person from reception, techs, vets, etc. were kinder than the next and truly loves each animal that comes in. My little guy has an extremely rare worm from eating lizards (Do not let your cat eat lizards lol). My little man didn't have the easiest start to life and has neurological issues as well as physical issues, his leg had to be amputated. Due to the nature of this parasite and how strong the medicine is to kill it

I took our cockapoo puppy in a few days ago for a cough he's had and Dr. Gonzalez and Madison (our tech) were absolutely amazing! They each took the time to explain everything. I did not feel rushed at all while I asked as many questions as I needed to ask. They followed all CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe during this crazy COVD-19 time. They gave us the necessary meds and sent us home. The customer service is top notch! I thought I misplaced a med but they helped to clarify so quickly. I highly recommend so far. We have another appointment soon so I will post another update at that time

Our dog Kallie had her first grooming with Holly yesterday and came out looking beautiful! Holly did a wonderful job with her grooming to include an oatmeal aloe shampoo, blow dry and cut. Holly took time to talk to us when we picked up Kallie, told us all about Kallie's time spent at the Gardens Animal Hospital and overall how the grooming experience went. Everyone that we interfaced with was professional and very nice to us and especially to Kallie! We will continue to use Holly as our groomer when we are at our Florida home during the winter months.

Gardens Animal Hospital refuses to provide a written prescription in response to an online pharmacy request.
My prior vets have all worked with online pharmacies and provided prescription info upon contact from the pharmacy. They respected my wish to compare costs and ensure I wasn't overpaying for the same brand name products. I've purchased meds, heartworm meds and flea & tick preventative online through reputable US based pharmacies for many, many years.
They choose to make it difficult by forcing someone to come pick up a written script and mail it to the online pharmacy

I have been taking my dog here for sometime and unfortunately their service has gone downhill. The Vets are quite competent but now spend very little time with the animals. Instead most of the work is done by the Techs. Their office staff is the worst! If you have insurance for your pet it is nearly impossible to get them to complete the insurance paperwork.

I needed a place to board my dog and found this place on Groupon. The deal was four days three nights. That included a bath, nails and ears. I also requested his teeth be cleaned for an extra $7. I made the appointment a month a head and called the day before to confirm. I only found out that day, I couldn't pick him up on Memorial Day because they were closed. I mentioned that when I picked him up and I wasn't charged. No hidden fees, just the teeth cleaning I had to pay for when I picked him up. Everyone was so friendly and I really felt like I could trust them to care for my child
