Don't come here if you are looking for a professional treatment. Doctor is good but very difficult to make an appointment. I had an appointment with a Dental hygienist here in January 2021, they called me to reschedule to be August 2021 instead. I have to wait for 8 months just for cleaning my teeth. In August 2021 they called me again to move to next year January 2022. Unbelievable of their services. Very disappointed. Really? Just clean my teeth I have to wait for 8 months?? They offered me only their preferrence time. They don't care patient's schedule. If you are looking a professional dentist

Awesome place!! The Doctor and the hygienist were all so great, they made me feel welcomed and they seemed to really care about me and getting me taken care of! The assistants in the back really knew their stuff and made me feel safe and cared for. The front staff were kind and very helpful all around great staff !

I'm a new patient here at Chandler Dental Excellence and glad that I found them close to home. The front office staff were very friendly, professional and explained the initial details and after treatments, in scheduling my next appointments. . Dr. Taylor and his assistances were very friendly and took the time to explain what needed to be done. My first 2 treatments I felt very comfortable thru the process.

Dr, Kelly Terry is FANTASTIC, along with his office staff, assistance, and excellent customer service. Dr. T took care of shotty dentistry work from another office. Although my teeth are no longer perfect to my standards, Dr. T made me whole again. He has years of experience and is very confident, and takes pride in his work. What a stand up guy and wouldn't want anyone else working on my teeth! Thank you Dr. T and his fantastic staff!

This morning I had my very first root canal done by Dr.T. Let me begin by mentioning I get anxiety from going to the dentist and was pretty nervous this morning.however once DR.T began the procedure his gentle giant vibes calmed me down and put me at ease for the rest of the visit.
Procedure went amazing!ive hear so many horror stories about root canals but DR.T silenced any worries I may have had before.I have referred family members and will be bring my daughter in as well.also the membership they offer is worth the money100% thank you every at chandler Dental Excellence for the professional

It's been 3 years since my first review and I have to say, Dr. Taylor and his team have gone above and beyond to take care of me and my smile. Also, I was lucky enough to to get my 2 young sons in to see them after their pediatric dentist retired. Yes, they see elementary aged kids! I had lived in Phoenix for over 15 years and have seen several dentists. Finally I found CDE and have been with them by far the longest out of any dentist I have ever been with. Chandler AZ is lucky to have them.

This place is great! They have great xray quality, and the staff is nice and caring. They are real about what you need and don't try to sell you extra. My old dentist wanted 600 for 10 cavities, this place lets me know i only have 5-6 cavities and after my insurance the cost was only 120. They're really lovely here!

Haven't been to a dentist in four years.. of course my first visit in that time had to be during a pandemic.. BUT the workers at this dentistry were so very helpful and kind along with the assistants. Very helpful team members that work with you and will explain any questions you have. Very happy to be going through them now.

Started looking for a new dentist when our family insurance received a major upgrade. Found CDE on the internet and they were located close to my home. Scheduling a new patient appointment was easy and have been going back because of the excellent service. This has been over three years now. My wife and 10-year-old daughter are also patients. They have always been flexible with scheduling, which is greatly appreciated during these trying times. I whole heatedly recommend them.

Went here after reading some of the great reviews left by others. Dentists always make me nervous, and I had a dentist in California which I loved, so I had high expectations going in. This office flailed in comparison to the service I received at my old dentist's office. The oral hygienist was not very gentle when cleaning my gums and the dentist was not very welcoming.

What a wonderful experience! I have always had anxiety going to the dentist, but Chandler Dental Excellence (CDE) put me totally at ease! The staff is so personable, they have a relaxation room, and the environment is so inviting. Jenna, the hygenist, was kind and gentle, and Dr. Taylor is friendly and has a good sense of humour. If you are like me and are nervous to pick a new dentist, I totally recommend CDE!

I have been coming here for years and they do a really good job. I am a classic white knuckle dental patient. Allison is really calming and makes it easier. They also text and email reminders of the appointments which I appreciate. Dr Taylor has an easy going demeanor which helps. This is the place to go.

Setting up appointments and figuring out estimates was super easy and clear. They even send reminder and confirmation texts, which I can really appreciate. I couldn't come up with a single complaint about this office or staff!

I changed to Dr. Taylor because a coworker recommended him and I was greatly impressed. I was actually avoiding the dentist because my previous dentist and his staff were like a used car salesmen. Every time I was there they were always trying to sell me another thing and finding something wrong with my teeth.

Careful, everything you feared about dentists are true with this one. I have come in twice with these folks, and both experiences were not great.
First time I went in, it was somewhat OK experience, the assistant was nice and friendly, but however I felt he was still training as he probably dosed me with enough radiation that I had to look up the effects from Chernobyl from so many x-rays due to mistakes.
Next the cleaning was really quick, and they did not floss my teeth. Finally the dentist arrived. he was very friendly. took a quick view of my teeth and then moved on to a slide show to show
