I was referred here for physical therapy after a lower back injury. The office is nice and clean, and the staff were friendly when I first visited. The physical therapist was knowledgeable, although I did feel like the evaluation was very basic i.e. walk in a line, lay down and lift a leg kind of stuff.
My problem and what I'd caution anyone else on is what you're actually charged for their services..... I was told I would be charged $150 for the evaluation as a "Discount Cash Option" however, they actually charged my insurance and I ended up paying $587.42 for a 45 minute evaluation. I called

I started physical therapy in August. After each visit I paid what they said was my estimated portion of the bill. I was told the first bill would be higher than the rest because of the evaluation. In September I received a statement showing that they were billing me for twice the amount that I had paid according to their estimate, the per visit cost had gone up, and I had a balance due. I have called their office three times and am being told they still have no information on my billing question.
