Impact Care Therapy (ICT) is a family owned physical therapy practice based in Missouri City, TX owned by Drs. Denise and Emanuel Miano. Both Emanuel and Denise are physical therapists with a combined 18 years of experience. Our main goal is to empower people to be or return to their active lifestyles and sport.

Needed therapy for my knee after total replacement. Found Impact Care Therapy, which was very close to where I live. Went there for several weeks and Manny and Denise were awesome to work with. They understood what therapy I needed and went above and beyond to help me out. I had strained my lower back during therapy and Denise took extra time to work on my back and made it much better!!!! Couldn't recommend them enough!!! They will work with you the best they can for scheduling your appointments!!!!

I had a great experience shadowing and volunteering for Dr.Miano. It helped me enhance my knowledge and gain hands-on experience in the field of Kinesiology and Physical Therapy. Dr.Denise and Dr.Manny were highly professional with their students and they never failed to clarify our doubts.

I am 72 years old. About three months after my serious broken back surgery, I went to Impact Care Therapy to get help for my recovery. Working with many of their designed therapy and exercises, my disability score dropped significantly. My walking speed increased from 3 ft/sec to 6 ft/sec in one month. I can put on my socks easily without help. I can pick up small items from floor no problem. Both Manny and Denise are very knowledgeable about how to ease my pain. HIGHLY recommend getting treated at Impact Care Therapy for any physical therapy needs! Dr. Denise and Dr. Manny are so caring and know how to get you feeling better and stronger! I had the privilege to volunteer for the ICT team and receive treatment as a patient for my lower back and piriformis pain. Not only was I able to learn a lot as a student preparing for physical therapy school, but also as a patient seeking relief for my pain. They were able to find the main cause of my pain and teach me plenty of exercises to recover and get back to being active. Love this team!

After years of ignoring pain in my joints (ankle), I decided to get a PT done after consulting with my doctor. Due to excessive training and running, my ankle has not been 100% thus affecting the way I move. I was restricted in terms of agility and movement. Manny at Impact care helped me understand the reasons that led to it and the cure. I had to follow a stretching plan for a month and started to notice the reduction in pain and increase in balance! He was pretty detail oriented and gave me tips and notes for future reference. I use the instructions every time I sit down for a stretching session

In November I had knee surgery and needed to get therapy. Impact Care Therapy was the place I chose for Therapy and I was so glad I did. Dr. Manny and Dr. Denise Miano are the best. They treated me like family and I am on my way back to getting my knee strengthen, and healthy.
