Poor poor service in my opinion. I looked them up online and called because they had excellent ratings. I got an appointment for Saturday 4 pm only to arrive to find the place closes at 3 pm. I called them to complain and the front staff said the owner might have given me that appointment and then forgotten about it. I asked her if she could give me a 3.30 pm appointment on Friday ie today and she said yes definitely and will have the owner call me back. I am still waiting….🤷‍♀️

Owner Tenease Flowers washed and braided my hair with such care and professionalism. This was my first time in her booth, and I have been getting my hair braided for the last 2 years. Being a male client conditioned to being in a barber shop, being in a female salon can make one feel out of place. Well, not at Tenease's establishment. She and her clients were very welcoming and polite. Tenease Flowers is definitely an advanced braider.
