The people that work there are courteous and polite. And just all around good people.

They have proved themselves incompetent, they forgot to send all photos required to underwriter causing alot of issues, insurance dropped us after 2 months saying that we did not submit required photos and 423.58 paid. Trying to get our $250.70 refund on the remainder of the insurance policy which totalled $1037.30 and we can not get them to even answer the phone. looks like we are going to have to go through better business bureau if we don't get response.

Owning your own business can bring up a lot of hurdles as far as insurance and liability goes not only was Trey informative and energetic but he ushered me through the process to become part of the small business community here with ease and now I confidently not and smile when people ask me if I am insured. After working with Levy Insurance Agency for several years, I needed to cancel my liability policy after the sale of my business. I completed the cancellation paperwork in January of this year, and still have not received my policy refund from the finance company. I have contacted Trey via email and voicemail on several occasions to follow-up on this refund to see if he could track its whereabouts. However, I never received a response from Trey. After several phone calls, I was able to speak with Alice, but she informed me that she does not have access to commercial policies and would need to follow
