We stayed at the hotel over the weekend to visit the Tulsa state fair. At first I was skeptical because of not being able to sleep due to being so close to the fair but it was very convenient in that aspect. I couldn't hear any noise from the fair in our room BUT there was alot of noise inside the hotel(dogs barking, someone stomping around on the floor above us continuously) during the night and we had trouble actually being able to sleep. On the plus, the staff was very nice, beds were comfortable, and our room was clean.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We check in and it was after 4 and our room was not ready. They sent someone to clean it and after 45 minutes my husband went to check and they were done thru and no even told us it was ready and we were sitting right at the check in desk. The girl that works the afternoon shift was so rude and never smiled or even talked to us unless she had to. We had to remake the bed because the sheets were not even on good. While waiting on the room to be cleaned the front desk phone just rang and rang. No one ever answered it. No one was ever at the front desk

We have stayed during Tulsa State Fair multiple years in a row. Each time have issues with barking dogs left by owners in the room, doors slamming or air conditioner issues. However, this time the hotel decided to sell its parking spots to fair goers for $25 each and leaves the hotel patrons with no parking. We pay to stay the night but then don’t have room to park … this is poor management from the guests perspective when we pay extra to enjoy the convenience to our livestock but then can’t find a parking spot where we are staying. Asked staff about it and they said plan for it to be like

I asked to have room clean when I checked in " due to Covid protocol you must ask " room never got cleaned for 3 days ... oh we don't clean on Sundays ... oh you must call in every day in the morning when you want it cleaned ... the first night walking from bathroom to bed my feet were black and I had someone's contact lens on the bottom of my foot ... AC didn't work .. blow dryer not there ripped from wall ... ants all over window ... phone ripped from wall

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in...ever. On the upside, the room was clean. Must give credit where it's due. But the amenities are non existent. The beds were horrible and must've been purchased from Goodwill. The shower was the absolute worst shower I've ever experienced in my 59 years of life. You know, when you go camping, you can get a shower bag that dribbles water out of it when you hang it in a tree and the shower at this hotel wasn't even as good as that! Noise from other guests in the halls and in the adjoining rooms was super loud and lasted well into the night. A restful sleep

It should say something when there is packed horse show at the expo center and the the place was empty. Everyone else was staying at other hotels. It was my first time here so I didn't know better. It is dirty, stained sheets on my bed. I had reserved 3 rooms and cancelled 2 in the allotted time. But they never sent a confirmation of the cancellation. When I arrived the young person at the desk didn't know anything. No manager available. When I called later they had no record I called to cancel. I asked for the manager and she was the manager that took my cancellation. I was charged 2

The price for the place is decent, but you get what you pay for. The room was clean although the hotel itself is a little shop worn. No closet in the room, just an tv armoire that's been converted to a clothes hanger. Not tall enough tho. Small sink and no counter space, but it does what it needs to do. In my room, the bathroom door stuck on the floor and was a struggle to close, but fortunately I was by myself so just left it open. Nice to have a fridge in the room, but mine froze everything solid even on the lowest setting. Breakfast is basic: waffles, cereal, muffins and yogurt. There

I have stayed at this hotel when in Tulsa, Ok for business for the past 10 years. Last weekend was the worst. Room was advertised online for $75.00. Would not honor online price. Charged $112.00 a night. I paid in advance over the phone. We arrived at 2am and the hotel looked like someone had torn it apart. Construction debris everywhere.I asked the manager Tony why he did not tell me that the hotel had construction going on when I booked my room. He stated that it had nothing to do with the rooms. Could not get a receipt for my paid room until later the next day. They had ran out of printer paper

Cute hotel.
Walked in and immediately had an overwhelming "axe men's body spray" smell to it (our entire 4 day trip). There was two couples ahead of us checking is, and we waiting 35, yes 35 minutes to check in! Not what you want to do after traveling all day. The night front desk lady was extremely rude, slow, and unhelpful. When we asked for certain questions typically asked at hotels, all we got was attitude in return.
On a plus note, the rooms are clean (but tiny), but The bathroom does not have a big vanity, which was a downfall for woman traveling. And the air conditioner

The beds were super comfortable, we were on vacation 12 nights and this is the first bed we slept in and the only one I remember as being comfortable. I slept so well. The lobby smelled like smoke, I'm guessing from the workers or the staff, not sure. The breakfast was simple danish and juice. There is an elevator. The rooms were nice with the new set up of mirror and lights the length of the wall behind the beds and the window seat.
