Got there at 1030pm and the person at the front desk wanted me to wait 20minutes for the shift change to check me in after being on the road for 11hrs...There were roaches, the drain to the tub didn't work, the remote for the tv didn't work so it was stuck on A&E the whole time. Overall I have stayed at worse but I've also stayed at better for less money

Checked in, then right back out. Asked for non-smoking room, walked into it smelling heavily of smoke. Asked for another room, gave me two to try. First one, the heater didn't work and the second room, while the smoke smell wasn't as bad it was still there. The carpet had a lot of black stains too. The HVAC worked but was very dirty in the vents. For a single women or family with kids in tow, I wouldn't recommend. The front desk person was however very nice and understanding.

Attended Christmas Party at the adjacent bar, Elephant Run. Was a good time. Met the owner and a few employees, all of them gave the feeling of being with family. A special experience, the evening had live music, great food and drink, and machines and games for entertainment. I will definitely be returning and making this a regular stop.

This was the worst vacation stay I have had in over 18 years. I have never experienced anything like this stay. The bedsheets that I was supposed to sleep on were completely stained and had holes from cigarette burns. Note: this was a non smocking room. I went downstairs and asked for new bedsheets and was given a king size fitted sheet and a queen size top sheet that wasn’t even folded for my bed. ( I was in a queen bedroom ) when I remove the sheets and the mattress was in my opinion not suitable for sleeping . The carpet had so many fresh spills and stains I didn’t feel even comfortable

I have never been terrified to start at a hotel until my start here. "Clean" means vacuumed, but the smells and stains can't be cleaned. Carpet smells of urine. Didn't even have toilet paper. I stayed at a Motel 6 was 100x better. Wow! I was scared and disgusted. Had to wash everything I brought into the room as my clothes and belongings smelled like dead smoke. Never again.

2nd night of a 4 night stay, and not expecting any improvement....
When I arrived I went to what looks like a front desk, but it had no signage, and there was no one around. They had tables up against the counters (social distancing maybe?) that looked like they were blocking it off. So, after wandering around for about 5-10 minutes to try to figure out if maybe there was another desk somewhere, I went back out to my car and drove around the hotel, looking for another main entrance. The area behind the hotel was pretty....interesting.....with what looked like a bunch of homeless folks wandering

Great hotel if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay on a road trip and don’t care much for quality of room and amenities. We stopped on our way through to AZ with no issues but I won’t hide that there was definitely some sketchiness. Employees were pleasant. No coffee offered and breakfast consists of juice and granola bars in a brown paper sack. Get what you pay for ☺️
