Each of our heating & cooling technicians is an employee, state licensed and undergoes hours of extensive in-house training, testing and skill assessments.
As a general rule of thumb, your AC may be up for replacement if it's been 10-15 years since it was installed. And a heat pump will last about 15 years. This, of course, varies depending on the efficiency of the unit and if it was sized correctly for your home, the manufacturer, how it was installed, how repairs were handled, and how consistently it was maintained (new filters, calibration, cleaning, etc.).
Many of these could be relatively simple fixes, and taking care of them now could save you money down the road! Been using them since they Installed AC at a better price than anyone. Other companies wanted 2 and 3 times as much which I could not afford. It was 87 degrees in the house. They helped me. They come on time and take care of all heat/ac. Friendly Professional

Adam provided excellent service. He explained what he was doing and patiently answered all my questions. He checked all the parts of my heating system thoroughly and ensured that the system was operating with the correct settings. I appreciated his taking the time to do his revision correctly. Had 3 estimates. 5 Star Heating & Cooling aka Hilliard-Dublin Heating & Air gave us the best price for the exact same type of equipment and warranties the other providers were offering. Brandon Mathews came to our condo to provide the estimate. He was thorough and professional. The techs that did the actual install arrived within the timeframe promised. I was prepared for them to arrive but they did not give me a heads-up phone call. No big deal just a bit of a surprise. Robert Koehl and Dominick worked quietly. They were done in under 4 hours. GREAT! They walked me through all of the new equipment

Tony did awesome job. He was extremely nice, he went above and beyond to help us. Tony and Hilliard-Dublin Heating & Air care about customers rather than money. My ac was broken and I could only cover diagnostic fee, so I asked them to run diagnostic service for now and come back in two weeks. They only charged minimum and gave me huge discount just because they did not wanted me to stay without ac. Thank you so much for all your help!!
