First let me start by saying the Tow Truck Driver James, that ultimately arrived, was the only bright spot in this integration. James was friendly, professional and honest. After being involved in an accident we ended up stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting on Action Towing. If Action Towing had been up front about the time it would take to arrive I could have made other plans. It seems like they must be lying about being able to provide service to Geico to get the business and then just leaving the customer hanging. Micheal called and left threatening messages after a Geico claim. Was not explained the process and first time towing through the Geico App, there were overages through geico they said they'd bill for.. Very unprofessional making threats of sending to impound on a Friday night at 8pm if they didn't get immediate payment? It was done through my insurance so they handled. I made the call around 3pm, who waits or genuinely dumb enough to make threats after not being able to answer the phone for 5 minutes? Let me excuse my self from dinner and go outside. I requested roadside at 7:30 for dead battery through my insurance. I was promised arrival by service person at 831p at 8:36 I received a link asking about how service went BUT NO ONE HAD ARRIVED.At 8:40 I called towing dispatch and was told he was finishing a job and on the way at 8:40 I contacted my insurance only to be told that their representative said it would be another 45 minutes. Company was dishonest and Ultimately I had to ask stranger(s) for help in the parking lot. I am cancelling Geico as a result of the INADEQUATE AND UNRELIABLE roadside benefit.

This was set up VIA road side assistance, I allowed for early pick as they were in my area. Dealership was locked so they brought my vehicle back to there yard and promised it would be at dealer by 8am. I called at 11am as vehicle was not at the dealer. Dispatch told me that I would have to pay for additional tow or call Allstate and have them provide another PO# I wanted to know why Allstate? i dont use allstate rather Travlers. I have a 2007 Nissan 350z. Just my luck my car wouldn’t start when trying to leave work. I tried getting a jump but it didn’t work. I called up action towing ready to get it towed to a auto shop for diagnosis. Wayne (Eric) was on his way immediately. He told me he knew it was just a jump needed from a bigger vehicle and hooked me up instantly. He saved the day for me. I appreciate the help and honesty

The service kept changing on me....their pick up time moved repeatedly and I ended up waiting over 2 hours (and I had to call them for updates) only to be told it would be later. I want to be clear I was extremely unhappy that I was broken down waiting this long...thank god I was able to move my car out of the road that was blocking traffic into an empty parking lot. Mike aka Bob Ross was exceptional business man professional, friendly, also gave me some good tips if I ever got stranded again. He was a delight. My roadside experience was not great. As soon as Ashley got out of the truck she pulled out a cigarette and started smoking. She didn't have a drill to remove the lug nut. She couldn't remove them with the basic material she had. A man that was walking to his car had to help us. What got me very upset is that I went to tire kingdom to have them patch up my tire and the employee came and questioned who put my spare tire on because it was so loose that he could easily remove the lug nut with his fingers. I could have been in a major car accident because of this careless woman. Thank God I made it

My insurance company offers free towing and contracted these guys for a tow to my dealership who would not give me the littlest advice and told me to bring my Cherokee in.
Driver showed up on time and after one minute of talking diagnosed my problem and there was no need for a dealership tow and their crazy fees. He also gave me some tips about a key fob problem I was having.
These guys are honest and reliable!!

Called for a tow at 1145am through my insurance company. ETA was 112Pm at 145pm still ko truck had arrived so I called and they said 20mins away on I75. At 205pm still no truck so I called them again... the apologized and said he was still 20mins away. At 245 I called my insurance company who in turn contacted them ... you got it, they said the drive is 20 mins away. It is 412pm I'm still sitting here. Mostly definitely not a reliable company

On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being great..I'd have to give this company a 10. The gentleman, Ben, was very pleasant and Introduced himself as soon as he exited the truck. Once he received the keys, I stayed out of his way while he did his job. He was quick and steady on his feet. Not a single issue loading the vehicle. He finished up, verified the drop off location and was on his way. The drop off even went just as smooth. I even received up to date text messages confirming pick up and when my tow was on its way. Well done Action towing. Give the man a raise.

Absolutely hands down the best towing I've had. Typically I'm known for locking my keys in the car or leavings lights on that lead to a dead battery.. Regardless I've had this company multiple times to help and they have always been good. Tonight a service provider named Dustin came to help me with my car. The battery was not working the way it should.. due to my negligence keeping a light on with the car off. And he helped charge my battery but also gave me a good amount of advice. I definitely appreciate the people who actually provide a great service with honesty and great advice

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I called for a tow through my insurance and told them to call 20 mins before they arrive. Wait time was an hour. 25 mins later, I get a rude call saying the tow truck was there. I was at work and 15 mins away. The car was behind a security gate af my husband's job. I was told to reschedule. This time it was an hour and a half wait......30 mins later, i get a call from the same rude driver aaking how long i would be, i said 20 mins, he replied ok. My husband gets to work....no truck. They kept giving my insurance company the run around. 2+ hours later we had to cancel them because they couldn't give us a firm ETA and kept extending the original ETA! We ultimately had to schedule another company which promptly showed up within 45 min from when the new call was placed!
I will not use Action Towing again and will request any other company besides them thru my insurance road side assistance!

My son got in an accident and needed Towing. He contacted them and they said it would be about 30 minutes. After an hour my other son (Who was with him) had to call since his brother's phone died. And they stated the price had changed and placed it on HOLD because they could not contact him (phone was dead) to inform him the price had went up by 100.00, But they would dispatch another truck. So most towing companies probably get a bad wrap for their shady tactics and price gouging, but I have a pleasant experience to share about Action Towing. I was recently involved in an accident on a major Tampa highway which rendered my car non-driveable. I reported the accident to my insurance company from the scene and waited for them to try and get a local tow vendor out to me on a Friday night to get my car towed to the shop it was going to.
