A little about ourselves. At Cottage Preschool, children come first. We pride ourselves on offering both a warm and loving atmosphere and high educational standards. Our goal is for children to build relationships as well as help each other learn. We want parents to feel that their child is safe, respected, and treasured by our Staff. We also want parents to feel respected and know that they are a valuable part of the program.
Services
We meet on Monday and Wednesday 9:00-10:30. We begin and end our day with Circle Time. This is the structured part of our day. Morning Circle Time includes Sharing Time which provides students with the opportunity to practice their speaking skills and gain confidence. Circle Time also includes activities such as weather and singing as well as an introduction from the teacher for the day's lesson.
Her background includes a Teaching Credential teaching Elementary School for 7 years. Leslie's connection with Cottage Preschool began before she became the owner and lead teacher. She spent 7 years volunteering at Cottage Preschool as her 3 children went through the program. Since 2007, she has been the owner and director.
