Took vehicle in initially for rotor replacement and they seemed to do a fine job. We took it back later because of a clunking sound. They recommended both struts be replaced, which was completed for over $1k. The clunking persisted. They recommended sway bar bushings, which they completed. The clunking persisted. They recommended lower control arms (for over $1k). At that point I did the work myself because it was too much $, but lo and behold, the clunking persisted after I replaced the lower control arms! I went under the vehicle to look what was wrong. I found that the brake caliper was missing

My brakes were all but gone. I was terrified to drive, but had to go to work. Someone mentioned Whistler's to me and I thought the price has to be better than what the dealership was telling me. And like most people, I've been burned by shops in the past when getting something fixed so I was nervous.
They were so kind and talked everything with me over the phone and were able to give me a quote so I knew what I was going into. It was so surprising how affordable it was for me on a tight budget. I drove away the next day with my car feeling like NEW! I will never ever go anywhere else but here

I have found my new mechanic shop! My heater core needed to be fixed. First and foremost the initial conversation was about the age of my Jeep and how I could be looking at additional work. I’ve heard good things about Whistler’s Auto repair and when my transmission was making an odd noise I had no choice but to go somewhere. I risked going knowing it was going to cost me a lot of money... Andrew helped me with every bit of things I should do while my transmission was out but that it wasn’t necessary. Was completely honest about every bit of what they done and what they had to do. They kept my car longer than expected to help me figure some things out with money. They done everything in a timely manner and done it well! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to use their services

I used to get my service done elsewhere, and there was a gentleman, John who worked in that place, when he moved, it took me almost 2 years to find him and he is working in Whistler's.
So I gave them a try and found out 2 things:
1. They did everything I asked for and the prices are reasonable.
2. If any doubts come up, they will take time to check it and fix it or explain it.
So for now close to a year I have an auto repair shop where they will fix what I need and even tell me if I am asking for something which is unnecessary, they take their time and make the customer feel appreciated.

I had taken my Chevy Tahoe to the Southpointe Chevy dealership to get an estimate for a door handle repair and repair for my A/C that was blowing hot air. They told me my A/C compressor was out and the estimate was appr. $2,700. I also took my daughters Toyota Corolla to Jim Norton for an airbag recall. They told me the transfer case was leaking and needed to be repaired, also for $2,700. Whistler's auto was recommended to us by a friend. I took both cars to them for an estimate. In the end, they fixed my Tahoe door and A/C (which was only overcharged) for $800. They said there was nothing

I have been getting my cars serviced here for years. I have experienced professionalism at its best. The gentlemen who have assisted me have explained their findings and recommendations about what would be best, whether it was rebuilding the transmission or replacing the alternator. I especially like that they did not do any repairs without my knowledge or input. The prices are reasonable. I feel like I am a valued customer as they call me by name and remember other instances I have come to the shop. They have my continued business!

Had left front wheel bearing hub replaced on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 truck. Took it in that morning and they had it replaced before noon. I had told them before the repair that I had to have the truck back before 12:30 pm that day. Truck drives great now with no "bearing growl" that I was hearing in the cab before the repair was done.
