Stop by with a tire pressure monitor issue. Guys took care of me right before closing. The owner was there to make sure it got done right. Never had a bad experience with the Tire Barn guys in Bixby. I’ll pay for fast service anyday. Great experience as always.

I came in today at about 9:30am for an appt to get my brake pads changed, I'm am just leaving now at 1:16pm. Apparently they had the wrong brake pads delivered 2 times and other issues happened along the way that were never communicated. I was told i looked content sitting down. I told the manager why i was not told these things because it affected my work day and he just said well sorry. I still paid for the service but not even a discount was offered or anything to try and make it right, just oh well sorry. I hope they can provide better service in the future and communicate better with the customers

Bixby Tire Barn was a pleasant & unexpected experience. Typically, tire shops are not, especially for women.I was preparing to travel but had a tire not taking air. Two other well known tire shops, including where I had just bought the full set, put me on a 3 hour waiting list. A friendly employee greeted me at the Tire Barn counter and less than 30 minutes later I was back on the road...on a Saturday. I will be a repeat customer & recommend Tire Barn. Thank you for restoring my faith that great customer service does still exists.

Needed a new tire . Dwayne is amazing he was courteous & knowledgeable. The man is wonderful & I thank him for putting my new tire on & explaining the rotation of the rim . I will be a repeat customer. Hopefully under non emergency circumstances. I highly recommend Tire Barn

Pulled in with a flat, already planned on purchasing 2 new front tires, pulled my car right in, super fast, did not try to sell me the highest dollar tires they had, they started at the lowest priced, very nice staff, in and out in less than 45 minutes!

Great custom alignment. Brought in my miata on coilovers and 245 tires. Left the alignment specs I wanted and they hit them bang on; caster camber and toe.
