Highly recommend this jeweler! I came in with a loose diamond to replace the center stone of my engagement ring, and they did a wonderful job and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn't know if I would have time to get it done while in Charleston, but Garfield's went above and beyond to make sure I could get it right away, and even had it done the next day! And the employees were so friendly despite being in the absolute peak of the pre-Christmas rush. I will 100% be going back to them if I need anything else done with my jewelry.

Friendly people that make you feel comfortable leaving your expensive jewelry with them. I went to Skatells first to get a quote for resizing my wedding rings and they told me $220. So I decided to try Garfields instead and they did it for $120. Not only was it much cheaper, they did an amazing job. It fits perfect now and looks as shiny and beautiful as the day I got it!

I am so happy I found garfields. I was so worried about my engagement ring being ruined in the process of resizing, but garfields did such an amazing job. also, Alice was very helpful and pleasant. My husband recently took my scarab bracelet into Garfield for repair and thought it might be too small of an item for them to bother with. They quickly reassured him, no item was too small. My father had purchased a scarab bracelet for my mother at Christmas circa 1966 when I was a little girl and I absolutely loved it, so he bought a smaller matching one for me. One of the scarabs was missing and Garfield's found the perfect size and color to replace it. They repaired the safety chain and cleaned the entire bracelet up beautifully! My fiancé and I came to Garfield Jewelers to have my engagement ring custom made. Our initial meeting went great! Lauren was a wonderful help. A neighbor recommended Garfield’s to repair a necklace of mine that had worn over time. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted with warm and inviting faces. The lady that helped me was personable and incredibly kind. She listened to what I needed done and asked if I needed it done by Christmas. Garfield’s is a family owned business and that shows.. because they have treated my wife and I like family! My wife had a family necklace turned into my engagement ring over a year ago and shame on me for not writing this review sooner! Every single person there was simply awesome! super helpful and very knowledgeable. But my #1 person was Anne. She was with me and my husband from start to finish! Great experience having a ring sized. Amazing 1 day turn around time. I dropped it off on a Friday and was told it may be a Tuesday pick up as they are closed Sundays and Mondays, but received a call it was ready on Saturday. The price was reasonable. It turned out to be a little less than quoted. They have plenty of cute things for the house and great gifts. They have a nice selection of estate jewelry too.

I recently took my engagement ring in for a minor repair to a lost tiny diamond around the main stone's halo. I was impressed that Garfield Jewelers was able to repair my ring with a diamond of the same size and color within 20 hours of my dropping it off with them. I went to this jewelry store one morning to have some links removed from my watch band. I arrived early and realized the store was not yet open. A nice lady came out of the store and asked if I was there to drop something off or pick something up. I told her I realized when I looked at the sign on the door that I was early. The day before our wedding we stopped by to adjust my husbands wedding band. The gentleman was on a lunch break but he stopped what he was doing as soon as he found out its was for a wedding. I was browsing necklaces and saw a palmetto tree and moon necklace. the ladies took off 50% as a wedding gift for us. It was a great gift from my husband to remember our Carolina wedding.
