Services
Rio Grande Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics has pediatric dental specialists on staff overseeing our dental operations. Pediatric dentists are children's dentists who elect to take an extra two years of schooling to specialize in pediatric dentistry. Our children's dentists work with children aged nine months to 18 years, and with special needs patients up to 26 years.
Our modern, fun decor office is equipped with the latest dental technology. Designed with children in mind, our bright office and in-chair HDTVs will keep them busy and comfortable before and during treatment. Our spacious hygiene area is comfortable and open and our treatment rooms provide privacy when needed for more involved procedures.
Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality dental care. We understand that your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to children's needs and it is our goal to make your child feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best care possible.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.

The doctor is nice but some of the other orthodontist are rude and they like to be rough and get things done quick. When you have braces your supposed to get checked every month and get a new wire every month but i had to get a new wire every 3-5 months because this company LOVES to cancel appointments. Earlier i was supposed to get my bottom braces in 2 months but i didn’t get them until 6 months later because this company canceled my appointment because they had a covid exposure and they never contacted us back saying wether or not they were open. they are making my braces experience longer

So upset with my appointment the assistant was rude and made us feel rushed. The office was disgusting it was dirty and trashes were overflowing. The assistant didn’t change her gloves she used the same gloves to work in my daughters mouth to get on computer to pick up trash that was overflowing from her trash. Really disappointed in our experience. We will not be returning.
