They would not provide an itemized receipt after giving me an amount that was different than when I went in. When I had my appointment, they charged me double what they stated over the phone. I asked several times for a reason it had doubled and they wouldn't explain in a coherent way, maybe the receptionists don't know?I asked several times.

Since my 1st day as a patient I was very satisfied with the office environment, the office staff, the medical assistants, all the professional intelligent doctors such as Dr. Tim Smith and all their essential medical team players. I had Josette for my hygienist today, I have never been listened to and treated with more respect and true caring than from this woman. I am a grown woman who is terrified of the dentist. I have had appts that have sent me to the hospital. I left today with not only shiny clean healthy teeth but she treated me so kindly both physically and mentally I already scheduled my 6month apt. VFD know that you have an excellent employee and she made your office shine brighter today

Everyone from the front desk, the dental assistants and the dentist were very caring and very professional. Dr. M was a great communicator with lots of experience. We could have an intelligent conversation and discuss options for the future care of my teeth. He treated me with great respect and was very knowledgeable and professional. They have a great tool on the computer to show your whole mouth and where the problem areas are by shading each tooth in a mouth. After they present your individual plan then they check to see what insurance covers and what you will have to pay out of pocket

This WAS a good place but the dentists listed on this site are not current. After quite a few visits telling them something did not feel right and their response was always "we'll just keep and eye on it" I spent a weekend in agonizing pain before I realized it was a tooth. Fortunately I had a routine checkup scheduled for Monday and went in. I told the inexperienced and rude person at the desk that I was in agony and her response was "Well this appointment is just for a checkup!" I ended up having a root canal that day with a specialist. I continue to tell them something

I went in and saw Dr. Smith because I was having pain in my lower jaw that felt like it may have been an absess in one of my teeth. This guy comes up with a plan of treatment that involves pulling teeth and putting in a bridge. Total estimated cost was over $3,000 .. I had a bad feeling about this guy and this office. Waited to see my primary care doc and was told I had a nasal infection that was causing pain in my jaw.. She prescribed a antibiotic and it cleared up in a week. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! The original dentist Dr. Eric Smith sold the business to new owners. I had an appointment for a filling with Dr. Smith and they gave me some one else. They did not notify me that the new dentist will not be in-network and will be out-of-network. Therefore, I had to pay everything out of pocket and my insurance only paid a small fraction. I called them to see why they didn't reschedule since Dr. Smith couldn't see me so I would not be out-of-network or notify me about the change in dentist. They response was "I don't know. We are sorry and there is nothing

I called to cancel an appointment and was told I would be charged $50 for a missed appointment. I didn't "miss" the appointment, I called because I couldn't make it. Then I was told that if I rescheduled I wouldn't be charged so you tell me what the purpose of that $50 charge is.....

I was referred here about a year ago after going to one lousy dentist after another, and I'm so glad to have finally found a dental practice that I can stick with. Great staff, friendly, gentle and always making sure that I'm comfortable. Dentist's work is great and he tells you what he's doing every step of the way. Highly recommended.
