I needed a tow and called these guys. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and actually referred me to another company that was closer to my location. They could have easily taken on the job but instead put profit aside and were caring enough to serve my best interest instead of theirs. This gets a huge A+ in my book. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Horribly unprofessional (embarrassing): Driver showed up to tow a wrecked car, blocked our driveway to our business, when I tried to ask him to move until he figured out what he was going to do. He became extremely confrontational and rude. Told me repeatedly he was contracted by the police, even though he was on our private property.
I believe his situation could have easily escalated to become physical.

Had to use roadside assistance due to disabled vehicle & Geico set us up with Dollar Tow. Within 5 mins, I was told their ETA. I also received a courtesy call 10 mins prior to arrival from the driver which I appreciated, gave me time to take some stuff out. Jeremy was efficient and quick! Thank you for not adding to the stress of having a car/truck break down & making the process easier. We appreciate it!!

Everyone from this company has helped me to jump my car, give me assistance and advice on what's going on, and exhibited great customer service. I would give them a 20/5. Came earlier than expected, great customer service, always offer great advice, and are very skilled at their jobs. Charles helped me twice. Last night, he towed my vehicle home with ignition issues. It took a lot of skill and concentration. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I am super grateful for this company and their services. I am glad GEICO works with them!!!!! Keep up the amazing job!!! Y'all are life savers!!!!

Great service when I broke down a few days ago. The driver, whom was early BTW, Bill, was very kind and professional, and had no problem pulling in and out of a tough spot where I broke down.

Save your time unless you get these guys on a chp call...they promise one thing but deliver the opposite...the only bright spot was a driver named Robert...there office and yard have two different locations...they have to call the office to clear the paperwork and then it's faxing back and forth...girl in the office lies on the phone and when you get to the yard the story changes I will never use again...unless forced to by the law enforcement rotation list.
