We transferred all of our fur babies to All Creatures when our vet moved to the practice. Dr. A has been our vet since 2003 and we were going to stay with him wherever he went. He treats our babies with such care and you can tell that he truly loves his job. He doesn’t treat us as “a number” and he has patience with us even when we ask a million questions. He is an excellent doctor and person. We’ve been to All Creatures several times and each time everyone was kind and welcoming.

I frantically ran in with my dog, who had a very upset stomach. The staff were able to work us in. I was on the verge of a meltdown/crying in the middle of the floor. My dog slipped out of his collar and bolted towards the door. None of our dramatics phased the staff. They caught my dog without upsetting him and calmed me down too. We got seen and medicine and we were on our way! I am SO grateful for this place. Thanks y’all so so much!

10/10 would recommend this place any day of the week. I am some who has dogs but don’t know much about dogs so anytime they act out of the normal I assume it’s a life or death matter and they listened to my… concerns very well and took care of our fur baby. Our vet we used when I walked in with my dog not being able to walk and eat they basically told this isn’t an emergency and we can’t see the dog for 2 hours and didn’t give me any reassurance that my dog would be ok and the way they carried them selfs was not professional and very smug. My little girl had pancreatitis episode Nov 2018 they diagnosed her and saved her life and continue to handle all her needs. They all are a very caring group of people and treat her as well as we do. She loves them and loves going there. They are very affordable and in emergency will work with you. There is never an excuse to not take care of the fur babies.
