My pet was taken care of with no issues with that part. What turned me off and away was being charged for extras without even discussing what was going to happen. Never met the veterinarian once. I kind of feel like I got ripped off. The most upsetting part was spending $614 in a 2 week span, only to be given reused, plastic syringes that had other animals hairs in them and one had a gel like substance inside and on the plunger. I was told the syringes are clean.."in a dishwasher" then thrown into a bag with all the other used, "clean" plastic syringes. I didn't give my pet part of the doses because

We had our first boarding experience this past weekend with them and they were amazing with Willow! You can tell they were so good to her. Makes me so happy! I am so thankful to have these people care for my fur baby!

My girlfriend took our dog here and said she was very impressed with the service. Staff was very informative and got our dog in and out. Winni is now resting from her first adventure to the vets! Thank you for taking such good care of our girl!

That dreaded and very difficult time had come for me to say goodbye to my fur baby. I had him for since he left his parents and I could hold him in the palm of my hand. He was 17.2 human years. He had lived a long and wonderful, loved filled life...he would've lived forever if love would've been enough.
They were very compassionate during our time of need...the days leading up to a the day of his new birthday. They provided us with a private and calm environment as we spent our last time here together and provided me a private way to escape the building. I thank them for helping make this time

I have 9 chihuahuas. Daddy and Mommy and 7 puppies from 2 litters. I didn't want any more puppies so I took Daddy to get neutered. I also took one of the pups because she was sick. You can tell when someone loves animals and they absolutely do. I've been to different Vets over the years and I'll never go anywhere else now. They were so great with my babies and I felt very comfortable leaving them there and coming back later to get them. Ally was the lady at the desk the first time I went and she was so nice and very comforting. I didn't get the lady's name the second time but she was awesome too
