The Marjaree Mason Center was founded by the YWCA, in 1979, after the death of Marjaree Mason. For the past thirty-five years, the Center has operated the only domestic violence shelter in Fresno County. In 1996 the Center became an independent non-profit.

They've repaired my 2021 Toyota Corolla from when my rear tire blew out and damaged my rear fender, fender well, shock absorber, and matched the paint to original. I'm back because my sister's goats climbed on top of my car and scratched the heck out of the hood and roof of my car. The photo is of the goat on top of my brother's car. He doesn't care about his car, but i do about mine. Ugh 😩!

Please beware of their lack of expertise to do repairs with precision. I’m my experience they displayed carelessness in not filling coolant after repairs. They seem to pander to insurance companies like Geico using non OEM parts without being upfront about it; on my car the A/C condenser in my new Honda Civic looks cheap and awkward compared original). They’re great at making excuses and blaming others for their deficiencies in repairs and inability to fix a newer vehicle back to original state.
All I can say is do your homework because Francis Collision Repair is there to serve the insurance

My veh was involved in a hit and run…needless today Francis was the amazing! Very informative and helpful. One stop shop for rental. The front girls were Amazing. Thanks to the techs (bee and Rico jr) Anthony for making sure my parts were ordered and mike my estimator. Luis for detail made me car look brand new! After I was rear-ended, I took my car to Francis Car Collision. The whole process of dealing with the insurance company and rental company was new to me so they helped explain everything clearly. Due to the extent of the damage, the repair work wasn’t a quick job but they did a wonderful job sending me updates everyday. They even cleaned my car!

I was involved in an accident and Francis Collision was a preferred vendor and I can see why!! To say they removed the stress from a stressful situation is an understatement. From the moment I got there they took great care in explaining the process. Their one stop shop was more than convenient, I was able to drop off my car for estimate and they had my rental there ready to go. I was in and out in 20 minutes! The staff is extremely friendly and they kept me informed through the whole process! They let me know when the estimate was done, when work commenced, updated me on the process while repairing

I cannot stop saying how much I absolutely love Francis Collision Center and their team! Wonderful mechanics, cool as heck, ladies at front desk are super nice, helpful and personable. If I ever need repairs, I know I can trust/rely on them, and always will. They will treat your vehicle, like it was their own and if there is any issue after you receive your car back, they fix it quick. I called and was asked if I could bring it in at that exact moment, it was only a very minor, unimportant issue but they treated it with urgency and I simply love it. Thank you Francis!! Ceico Insurance referred to this place to get my car fixed due to a minor accident. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile :) Everyone work there is really nice and polite. I was told to leave my car there for about 6 days. Everyday, I would get a text about the car update. It makes me feel like they do care about their customers which all business should be. The day I pick up the car, they make sure I'm satisfied with the work which I am, and really happy with the outcome. My car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. They also wash and vacuum the car for you. They went above and beyond

I went to Francis CC with some severe rear end damage. Long story short I had two other quotes at 4200 from top reviewed places in Fresno. Francis quoted me at 3100 and finished it before they said would be done. They did an awesome job. What a great place. Definitely at least get quote from these guys.

I had an accident that damaged the front bumper, side fender, hood and head lamps. I found out about Francis Collision Centre through Geico insurance. I picked up the vehicle today and I am so happy with the service. On top of doing a great job with the body repair, they stayed on time and even went further cleaning the vehicle (interior and exterior). I am surprised by such a friendly personal service. Also, I did not have any rental car coverage. Hence, they dropped me and picked me up from my home. Great Job! Keep it up..
