A delivery person ran into my car at work and even to this day it is still an ongoing process to figure out how they are going to pay to help me fix my car, so that is a MAJOR issue. What isn't an issue and what was soo smooth and simple was my visit with Don. I asked friends for recommendations and Don had the most positive reviews, so I went to see him and it was so simple. I made an appointment, they got me in right away and they really evaluated my car looked up down inside and out at the damage and he went through step by step on his screen what was damaged, what the specific parts were

Incredible. I accidentally polished right through the paint on my brand new truck under a door handle. Typically you have to repaint a panel for what I did. Don looked at it and had a great idea and perfect execution of the repair. Flawless. So happy & was even happier when he told me the price. Incredibly reasonable. Thanks guys.

Don's team does amazing work. They have to be the best bodyshop anywhere within a reasonable distance of Fresno. Also the nicest shop I've seen, very nice reception area, the owner is usually there and can explain anything you might have questions about. Prices are fair. You can find shops a bit cheaper, maybe, but it won't match the quality. I wouldn't go anywhere else for custom or insurance work.

I was searching for a body shop for my 2010 mustang which had the left rear bumper slightly popped out of place and wouldn't go back in. I came across Don's Autobody and decided to go to them first after looking at the reviews. Got me in and out in 15 mins for an auto body estimate after an accident literally 15 minutes before closing without rushing the process. Estimate seemed fairly priced. Will go back to have the work done. Staff, lady at front desk and Todd?? Guy who did estimate were both friendly and I'd bet they're a lot cheaper than circle automotive...

It’s not often these days that you can say you had a GREAT experience from beginning to end. Just when I thought the world had lost touch with customer service in general, I was introduced to Don Valenzuela’s Auto Body. I didn’t want to purchase a new car but I also didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on keeping my car looking nice either. I took my 2007 Yukon in just to get a quote for the side paneling which was sunburnt/rusted/discolored or whatever happens over time and walked out with an appointment. Don looked at it, wrote up the quote and I was happily surprised with the price

I took my Ford Fusion in because someone hit my car, they were very friendly from the start you feel very welcomed, they called me with updates and when I had a question they would try to give me the correct answer. I had a very pleasant experience at Don Valenzuela's Autobody. The staff here is amazing, making the ideal team. Here's why: Debbie is the receptionist who reached out to me after my car was involved in an accident that occurred at a drive thru car wash (it was a weird, uncommon situation). Anyways, when I brought my car in for the estimate, she greeted me in such a kind manner, offering genuine support in person and over the phone, while being informative about any of my concerns throughout the process. Don's Autobody has done great work on my moms car and also mine when I was rear ended a while back. Everyone is extremely nice and really knowledgeable about the business and I also did not have to deal with my insurance very often when they fixed my car.

My car was struck by a drunk driver and I took it to Don's for an estimate. Dealing with Don, Debbie and the crew was the best part of a very frustrating situation I was dealing with. They got my car in quickly, kept me up to date on it's progress and were just so wonderful and friendly during the entire process. Even when they had to deliver the unfortunate news that my car was a total loss, it was still a pleasure to speak with them. I'm happy I discovered Don's and will take my future car there for any body needs and I'd recommend anyone to do the same!

This is the best body shop in SJ Valley. My 1996 Buick wagon with 18,000 miles was nearly destroyed in an accident. I truly believe it's in better shape now than when I bought it with 16,000 miles on it. The… whole crew is very professional, Don, Todd, Debbie keep it together. Besides knowing the body, paint business, these are just good people that care.

I had dog scratches on the passenger side doors and as soon as I walked in to Dan Valenzuela's I was greeted with smiles, a puppy (Jake) and quick service. As I was waiting for my car, Debbie (the secretary in the front), spoke with me the entire time about dogs, traveling, and where we grew up. Really great place. My husband is a school bus driver and this place is where most of Clovis Unified bring their cars for work. From the way you are warmly greeted in the office- the receptionist ( sorry can't remember her name) is so sweet and helpful- puts you right at ease. The owner greets you with a handshake- office is tastefully decorated with art the owner himself has created. There is a loving comfort dog who also greets you and loves a pet. Our car was finished in 4 days!. And they even turned in our rental car for us! Our car is washed, shiney, and running like a top. Will definitely

I absolutely love everybody here!!! They were so helpful and friendly. They also did an amazing job on my van! I backed up into someone and had a dent on the back and they manage to fix it in two days!!! Couldn't believe how quick they got me in and even finished early!! They are super kid friendly too. I had to bring my 4 year old daughter in with me and she just loved everyone there too!! Thank you and if I need anything done in the future this is the only place I'm going!

Don went above and beyond on installing my aftermarket front/ rear bumper along with the front fenders and side skirts. The fitment is unreal!

I've been to this company twice for auto body work and both times they've proven to be honest and quick.

The first time was for a problem with the passenger door and they made sure to do the best job possible and it turned out fantastic.

The second time was for being rear ended while parked and not only can you not tell that the car was ever hit but they did the work literally overnight. We dropped it off Monday and picked it up Tuesday.
