We met David Feldberg six years ago, after moving to Orange County from Texas for my husband’s job. We were working with another realtor at the time, but he was undermotivated and unresponsive to our needs. David listened, offered educated advice, and showed us homes that would work, eventually finding us our home. Last year, we had to sell our house, and again David helped us find contractors to update our house for selling, and then got it sold quickly for more than we expected. He always goes above me beyond, and I wish we weren’t moving from the area so we could continue to work with him

David is a fantastic realtor, because he is an expert in all things real estate. He is a master negotiator, helping my borrower save thousands of dollars overall, so his buyer could purchase a great condo at a great price, when he couldn't afford a penny more. He helped another borrower/buyer get the exact house they wanted by learning how best to work with the sellers realtor, to win the purchase versus all the other offers. He is helping another seller work through many challenges prior to sale, rehabing the property for the best presentation to potential buyers, so the seller can get the highest

Dave was our realtor in 2012 and because of his skillsets, work ethic and his desire to win we were able to get under contract on our home. There's a chance we wouldn't have entered and completed escrow if we didn't have the Orange County Sensei Master of Real Estate on our side. There can be a lot of competition when buying homes in these desirable locations that we call home and we somehow met the nicest, most ethical, sincere agent around, I'm sure if it.
