Welcome to my website where you're free to search for any MLS listings, check out some insiders' information on my favorite neighborhoods, and see homes for sale there too. You'll find homes for sale in neighborhoods you may never have heard about, like the Freedom Homes near Canyon Park in W. Costa Mesa.

I'll be happy to let you in on the secret. Maybe you love open plan living and haven't heard of the Eichler homes in Orange or the Cliff May homes in Long Beach? Let's go and see these mid-century gems. Or, maybe you love historic character homes in those neighborhoods that look straight out of a movie or commercial.

I think City planners and early developers got it all wrong as Costa Mesa evolved from farmland to burgeoning city. Large tract homes developed throughout the 1960s, Mesa Verde's homes offer large floor plans on big lots near parks, . I think City planners and early developers got it all wrong as Costa Mesa evolved from farmland to burgeoning city. While Eastside's farm house neighborhoods grew out of its proximity to Newport Beach, Westside Costa Mesa became a magnet for the community's industrial buildings and the city's first housing tract, the Freedom Homes.
Large tract homes developed throughout the 1960s, Mesa Verde's homes offer large floor plans on big lots near parks, a golf course, and the Santa Ana River Trail to the beach. With the conveniences of Harbor Blvd. to the east, Huntington Beach to the west, and the 405 freeway nearby, Mesa Verde offers family living at its best.
Joseph Eichler's post-war vision was to build affordable homes focusing on indoor/outdoor living to capture the essence of the California lifestyle. His mid-century style caught on then and is more popular now than ever. With the recent added benefit of historical designation and the tax savings of a Mills Act contract, these homes will be preserved by mid-century home lovers for the foreseeable future.

Recently Purchase a Home in Costa Mesa
Matthew was everything I could have asked for in a relator. He is a true professional with a great personality to boot. As a first-time home buyer, I was expecting the experience to be very stressful, yet Matthew made it as stress-free as possible. On top that, I am relatively new to the area so deciding on a location was challenging. Matthew made sure I was happy with each neighborhood he showed me. He took time to provide a driving tour, pointing out the fun perks of each community. As we looked at different homes, he knew what I liked before I even said

We recently sold our home in Floral Park and then purchased a home in N. Tustin. During our Floral Park ownership, Matthew helped us get the home on the Historic Registry and a valuable Mills Act contract. Our property taxes went way down, plus when it came time to sell the home, the Mills Act was a big part of the home’s appeal. Our unique home didn’t sell immediately, but Matthew and I were in constant contact about feedback, timing, and the market. I never felt pressure to reduce the price for a quick sale. In the end we got a great price from a strong buyer and Matthew was there every step
