William Pree is a Bay Area native. He graduated from De Anza High School in 1981. After a variety of construction jobs, including five years of stucco experience, William completed a four year apprenticeship program in painting in 1999. With a vast array of experience, including, hotels, condominiums, stores, tract housing and custom work, William brings an all around knowledge to his craft.

She graduated from the University of Newcastle, with a B.A. Honors. From there she went on to become a Registered Nurse and Midwife. Joy has been in the United States for thirty years.

Outstanding all around. Evaluation of the job was professional and accurate. The prep, which we watch, was top notch, Mr. Pree paid a tremendous attention to the details of the job. The small things that many would miss. Me checked in with us throughout the job to ensure our expectations were being met - and yes we did have adjustments that Mr. Pree accommodated without question or hesitation. Outstanding results. We are 100% in love with the end results.

Just a really, really great job. I got four quotes to paint the interior of a three bedroom house in Berkeley. I selected William Pree because I felt like he would deliver the highest level of craftsmanship. I particularly liked that he felt the textures of the existing walls and thought a lot about the needs of the baseboards. The end result looks amazing, and he finished the job early. I'm very impressed and will reach out again when it's time to paint the exterior.

I love the paint job that Pree's professional painting did on my house. From the estimate to the finished product. The service was impeccable. I don't know anything about what goes into painting a house. What made me goes with Pree was how he educated me on the prep work and going cheap vs going with a professional. He didn't try to up sale me on anything. He made me feel comfortable knowing that I made the right decision. Oh and when I told him that I wanted to paint my house black, he didn't look at me crazy. Cancelled my job the morning it was suppose to begin. The work was too hard for what he agreed to do it for even though he came and inspected the property and I provided him multiple photos. Bottom line is he didn't want to do it for the price he agreed because when he told me they had to cancel the job, he told me to go with a cheaper painter I mentioned to him when we originally talked about his quote because that would be a better fit. I get it, everyone wants easy money but don't agree to something you don't really want to do. I went through a lot to get permission from my neighbors

Satisfied is an understatement. The truth is I can't stop staring at my house. The quality of this paint job is in a class of its own. The attention to detail from start to finish is mind blowing. I waited 1 year to decide on the right Painters to do my home exterior I was enterduce to and highly recommended painting company I seen some of his work and time getting the job done. A great experience. We had just purchased our home and Mr Pree came to our new home and provided us with a professional quote which we received earlier than had been projected. With the quick turnaround and extremely reasonable pricing we had to go with him.
His crew arrived early and got right to work. Professionally prepped our home and continued to work even in the heat of Vacaville. The painting was done extremely well and we could not be more happy with the results.

Mr. pree is a professional. He comes highly recommended for a reason.
I called him in the morning and he was at my house that same afternoon giving me an estimate. The price was very affordable for my 2200 sq ft house.
After I hired him, he came on that very next Monday to start the job, and my house was TORE UP ! There was a ton of work that needed to be done. And he still
Got it done by Friday !
I'm a pretty good judge of character and this guy has a very positive attitude, never complains. And his laugh is infectious. Lol me and him even got to hangout a little while he was painting
