I have been going to this office for 7 years. I usually see Michael Zarilla. He is probably the only good thing about this practice. For my most recent visit, I saw Stephanie Dieffenthaller. The nurse who saw me initially wanted to confirm my pharmacy, which I informed her was recently changed. I guess she didn't feel like updating it because when I went to check out, the lady at the counter didn't have the new pharmacy information.
During the appointment, Stephanie didn't even pay attention to anything I was saying. She kept

I found AWFM in 2019 and have always had great experiences in this office. After having issues with my endocrinologist the NP at the time stepped in to refill my thyroid medication.
Currently, I’m settled in with Amanda Tate, NP, and I’ve been very impressed with not just her modern and progressive views on medicine but also her bedside manner and attention she gives to her patients.

This practice is absolutely amazing. Dr. Rocker is a wonderful physician and he is the reason why my entire family is being treated at this practice. Medicine has changed over the years as technology begins to grow at a rapid rate. Dr. Rocker as well as his staff practices medicine the way we know it before technology influenced medicine. They all have very good bedside manner and truly care about your health. This family practice has made me and my family feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this place.

My family has been going to Alafaya Woods Family Medical for probably 10 years now l. I happen to go online to check the office hours… I was shocked to see the horrible rating for the practice. As I read through the 1 ratings it was apparent that Dr. McCann and whatever office staff he must’ve brought in were responsible. I agree about his condescending attitude, particularly if you questioned a matter or wanted further explanation… He rubbed me the wrong way, too, as one reviewer pointed out.
I am very very glad to see that Dr. Rocker is back in the saddle because he is one of my favorite

Dr.Anton is a knowledgeable doctor who is very friendly and helpful, unfortunately his nurse assistant Megan couldn’t be more oppsposite. She’s extremely rude, unhelpful, dry, and really seems like she has no business being there when you speak to her over the phone or in person. I would not recommend this facility until this situation is taken care of.

My husband and I moved to Oviedo in 2001 and have been coming here ever since. My primary provider was Jamie until she left. My husband and I have also seen Dr. Rocker and Michael Zarilla PA as well, and have never had a negative experience with either of them. Dr. Rocker is knowledgeable and provides the utmost care. Michael Zarilla PA is knowledgeable, truly cares about your well being, and listens to your concerns. I am however very surprised to see so many negative comments about Dr. McCann. I actually credit him with possibly saving my life. In 2016 I went in with shortness of breath and chest

Michael has been my Primary Care Provider for years, since I began school at the University of Central Florida. I had began seeing him on a whim since they had availabilities for new patients and they accepted my insurance. At the time I had been suffering from multiple chronic symptoms and disorders. Michael not only diagnosed these when specialists and other physicians could not, but he took it upon himself to try and resolve all of my health issues. He truly cares about his patients and will always remember you. He is a kind individual that takes time with his patients and truly cares about

I’ve been coming here for nearly 15 years and have seen every provider there. Jamie used to be my primary provider but she’s no longer there, which is a shame because she was always great. The office has been going under a lot of transitions, and I can’t say that they’re all for the better. This used to be a friendly and welcoming place but it’s now gruff and everyone seems annoyed all the time. The people that are running the office now don’t seem to actually want to help people, but pack them in to make $$. Myself and my coworker have had numerous issues with appointment scheduling

I have been a patient for 27 years, Dr. Rocker and his staff has always provided me with great service with a friendly atmosphere. Recently Dr. McCann took over and the experience has been absolutely horrible, multiple occasions of waiting 45 mins after appt time to be completely denied medication I have been on for years. Dr. McCann is very rude and could care less about a patient's well being. He uses the phrase "My Friend" while stabbing you in the back, overcharged when I disagreed with him. Found new doctor at new location and back on the proper meds and doing great now. Stay away from this
