Dr. Grandi is originally from the great state of South Dakota, but he has lived all over the world! Dr. Grandi spent 8 years in Miami, FL (Go Canes!) completing his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He was then honored to be selected as a United States Naval Officer and completed 5 years of active duty service, with all 5 years being overseas.

Dr. Grandi and his staff are amazing. I am so happy I picked this practice to do invisalign. I myself am a bit of a perfectionist, so I'm so glad to have found an orthodontist who was committed to making my smile perfect. He is incredibly thorough, kind, patient, and handsome to boot ;)
The doctor always made time for me and personally answered my emails right away. He and his staff were very flexible and worked with me on planning my treatment around my crazy schedule. He even stayed late one day to squeeze me in. You can tell he really cares about his patients.

This office so amazing!
Doctor Grandi has been so great throughout this process. He has patiently explained every step of the way, worked with me and created a plan so I can avoid surgery, and still get my problem fixed.
Everyone in the office has been amazing. Susan is the first face you will see. She is personable and sweet, and will assist with all your needs.
They are truly an amazing orthodontic office.
Now that my braces are off, I feel like I am saying Good Bye to close family members, not just orthodontist office.

Let me start with Susan is wonderful. Besides that the practice is HORRIBLE. You can't reach anyone at the office ever. If you call to make an appointment you get someone out of state/country that knows nothing about you or your child. The billing department is fraudulent. I asked for a final pay off bill in January and received it, I paid the balance quoted. Come March I now owe 427$ more. My son got his braces off and the mold they took "broke" so now he is out a retainer until Wednesday, a week after he got his braces off.

Love this place so much!!! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter loves coming here already and today is the big day she’s getting her braces on! They also offer incentives for the patients for keeping their teeth clean etc. It’s like a points system on a debit card. Once treatment is done you can trade the points in for money or gift cards at retail stores! I highly recommend this place!

I brought my son in for a consultation and was immediately impressed with the inviting atmosphere and friendly office staff. Both Dana and Sue made us feel extremely welcomed! Dr G was awesome, professional, knowledgeable and included my son in all aspects of care. We are looking forward to our goal of fabulous teeth with this practice! We want to thank all of you for a wonderful first time experience !
