Awesome work, as always! I've been a customer of theirs for nearly 20 years, likely 8-9 projects so far. Always a great selection, knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing and most of all great installers. My installer (2nd time at my home) was timely, efficient and just experienced. Never do I worry about the install work I've had done especially by him, and even from others. Would recommend to others plus kudos to an owner who gives back to the community!

Never again. Switched out installers half way through job to put them on “a bigger job”. Second team of installers did terrible work. Came back twice to fix and is still not right. Owner son was supposed to come out and look at job and re-negotiate price. Has left me hanging for over a month now. Funny part is I still receive calls from them looking for the other half or their payment. Terrible quality of install, equally terrible customer service.

We worked with Sawyer as our salesman. He communicates quickly and responds to your requests immediately. We replaced our entire first floor with a luxury vinyl tile that was beautiful! After the floor was installed , there was an area that was uneven and within a week it was corrected to our satisfaction with no questions asked. They were a joy to work with and I will be doing my future projects with them! I highly recommend them!
