If I could give them a 0 I would!!! My carpet was installed not even a year ago and is lifting on the edges! As a matter of fact the day it was done I had to have someone come back because I could lift the whole side of the carpet right up! It was supposedly “fixed” yet not even a year later while moving my daughters bedroom around I noticed the whole entire back side of her room the carpet has lifted!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

I would definitely recommend the Carpet House. We have used them to install vinyl flooring and carpet in our house. We had an issue with a transition piece that they installed 3 years ago. They put us right on their schedule, came out and found a solution. Their customer service is great. Easy to get ahold of someone, friendly and knowledgable. We plan on using them again in the future. I would much rather support a small business like this then a big chain store like Lowe’s.
