I exclusively practice Family Law, primarily in Tarrant and Denton Counties and take a no-nonsense approach in guiding my clients through the divorce process or other family law matter. I pride myself on being a good listener and very thorough with information gathering and case preparation. I do not believe in surprises.
Each case is different and must be treated as such. Not all divorces need to be bitter battles, though in some situations, litigation is unavoidable and necessary. I want to introduce you to a new alternative dispute resolution process that I believe could be right for you. The Collaborative Law process offers a private, convenient solution-based alternative to public, unpredictable court litigation.
