Dr. Sigmon grew up in Westtown, NY, and moved to North Carolina to attend UNC Greensboro where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. The office is nice, been coming for 4 years, however recently the staff was rude when I called in about a invoice that I received. They told me it was from 2 years ago and acted like that was no big deal. I told them without explanation I wouldn't pay it. They stated screaming it'll go to collections, it'll go to collections. I called the person they referred me to and they broke it down and apologized that their accounting was so behind. Have not been a patient in over a year when out of the blue I get a bill for services from 2019 and early 2020. Upon my last appointment in March of 2020 I paid the entire balance on my account. Called to speak with someone about the ordeal and they said they were doing insurance audits due to someone not doing their job properly. I would have gladly paid this if I was informed in a timely manner, but not after a year and a half. Very poor business practice.

Incredible first time experience. Highly recommend this practice. The hygentist was very thorough but very gentle. She gave me really good advice and instructions on how to keep my teeth healthy. The dentist was also did a great job. Best of all, as a self pay patient, I feel that they offer a reasonable price for their services. I will definitely make White Oak Family Dentistry my dentist and recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have insurance it pays for my cleanings every year no deductible no nothing to cleanings a year six months ago I had my teeth cleaned I’m just now getting a bill from them for $34 I did not I’m at the razz them to do anything other than what the insurance would cover pay close attention they are scammers

She is not only skilled and knowledgeable in her profession, but she is very compassionate. She has great bedside manners. This was easily the best dentist visit I have ever had! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was very calm and pleasant. I appreciate that there were no posters or advertisements all over the walls. I enjoyed listening to the quiet instrumental music and smelling the oil diffusers. My hygienist, Heather, took her time and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! I like how she explained each step before completing it. I have already recommended this dental office and will continue to do so. Thank you!
