Hello this is Karen Mccord. I came in last Wednesday. I tried to apply for the loan. And I really need this. Depression is not good and I have a lot of it. I've been praying a lot that I can get this done. It's affecting my social and my self esteem. I can't keep hiding inside not wanting to associate with others. And the holidays are coming. I can't eat, I can't smile, I'm miserable. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! When I was in there. The cost was 12000.00. then I read the paperwork and it said 17000.00. I applied for the 12500.00 they said know. I originally came here for an Invisalign consult after they had a groupon. But I like them and have been coming back, even though it's a longer drive than many other practices. The hygienist doesn't ask me questions when I can't talk, they haven't tried to upsell me on anything, and don't try to "over treat" anything, where another place I went to wanted to fill a bunch of spots that didn't need to be filled.

A SCAM ARTIST!! STAY AWAY!! We were told my mom needs a crown, maybe a root canal, had multiple cavities when she didn't have a history of cavities. He made the situation the worst thing possible, same thing with my father after his visit. The scam artist wanted to charge us $3,000-$7,000. Took my mother to 2 other dentist, ALSO went to UNC Dental School to confirm his "claims" and was told the exact OPPOSITE by 3 different institutions, and multiple different dentists agreed. She was told her teeth are HEALTHY, and his claims are false. Other reviews stated similar experience, and I will file

After moving here from NY we needed a new family dentist. Without having any recommendations, I found Bright Smiles and decided to give them a try based on reviews I had found about their office. Not every dentist is a perfect fit for a whole family, but I am happy to say that Bright Smiles is a perfect fit for ours! My children (3, 10, & 13) all love their 6 month cleanings. I am extremely anxious over going to the dentist and found comfort from the staff at Bright Smiles! So happy to have found the right fit for our family.

I used them this morning to have my teeth clean. Everybody in the office were very nice. My appointment was at 11am. I was a new client so I had to fill out the paper work as soon as I finished I was called back and in the chair. No waiting time that’s good. After the cleaning the dr came in and went over my cleaning very very nice. Showed on my X-ray what needed to be done. A very well dental visit. I’m going back.

Went here to see about getting Invisalign. Also had a cleaning done because I was looking for a new dentist - they did a decent job on the cleaning though they missed a spot and I had to go back. However the dentist told me I had 5 cavities (conveniently, filling 5 cavities would max out my insurance benefits). Instinctively I didn't trust him, having never had a history of cavities so I never followed through.
