I recently had my home inspection done by Ed and his son, they were very professional and looked over every detail of the house! They both did an amazing job and saw things I wouldn’t have ever noticed, and helped make me feel confident with what my husband and I were getting into. Since this would be our first home, we had a lot of questions and just wanted to make sure we were making the right decision, Ed made sure to answer any questions and concerns we had! I think very highly of Ed and his son and would recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection!

In the process of buying a home, I used Bee Sure Home. I met Mr Sanbower and his son who both performed the inspection. They were courteous and on time, but unfortunately these turned out to be the only decent experience. They both missed quite a number of things, some that I am unfortunately still discovering. From non working outlets inside and outside, a leaky toilet I had to pay extra to get fixed within the first week of moving in. None of us had used this toilet since moving in during that first week. A month after moving in, I discovered my garbage disposal was leaking. Again, it was nothing

Ed and his son performed our home inspection for us. It was like watching a well-orchestrated ballet of knowledgeable professionals! They were a very well oiled machine who took great time and care in our inspection. Literally top to bottom and every nook and cranny in between. They explained things in a very approachable, easy-to-understand way, and we’re not the least bit condescending or annoyed at my silly questions. They were quite literally happy to answer them. So I was greeted by Ed Jr. on the roof! He smiled and it warmed the atmosphere. Genuinely good people, so rare to find in many industries. He was very professional and introduced himself and Ed Sr. #awesome . This is my first time purchasing a home and I felt very confident with their inspection. I'm telling you they left no corners unchecked and spotted over 30 issues needing repair. BUYERS, this service is worth every dollar to have a professional that has been in business for years and have seen it all. Had a home inspection done prior to purchasing. The inspector missed quite a few things I wish were brought to my attention during the inspection and in the inspection report itself. Unfortunately I had to end up paying for or repairing many of the items missed in the inspection myself. Would not recommend.
