Services
Our Mission is to provide comprehensive home inspection and environmental testing services, while educating our customers. We have over 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry in Frederick, Montgomery County and other areas across Maryland.

During the process of purchasing homes in the past, we felt that we received far less than a professional experience and the report we received did not provide any further insight into the transaction. It occurred to us that with our experience, we could prevent that from happening to other home buyers.
Continuing education and training are an important part of our organization at A.D.P. Inspections, Inc. of Frederick MD. Nationally recognized organizations provide comprehensive training to their members, and at A.D.P. Inspections, Inc. of Frederick MD, we take advantage of those education opportunities.
Home Inspections provide a concise report on the condition of the home with respect to structural soundness, systems operations, and safety. During the process of purchasing homes in the past, we felt that we received far less than a professional experience and the report we received did not provide any further insight into the transaction.
Did you know the EPA states 90% of our lives are spent in an indoor environment? Did you also know that it is estimated that the levels of indoor air pollutants can be more than 1,000 greater than the outside air? In the last several years, a growing body of scientific evidence has indicated that the air within homes and other buildings can be more seriously polluted than the outdoor air in even the largest and most industrialized cities.
It wasn't until 1978 that federal government banned lead-based paint from use in housing. A Lead Inspection is required of all Maryland Rental Properties, if applicable due to the age of the property, and must be completed at each rental turnover. If the property has been deemed Limited Lead Free, an inspection must take place every two years regardless of turnover or occupancy.

Please don't go with this company for Inspection. They will cancel appoints in last minute with short notice. if something is urgent you can' make it and finally people will suffer.
Don't try to reach out them and I will not at all suggest ADP Inspections.

Inspection with ADP went well. Service was on time, report was delivered in 24 hours and allows us to meet the due diligence deadline. I removed the one point simply because ADP conducted a radon test for us, it would have otherwise been 5 stars!

Through and aware! I had a client bring Rodney Winstead of A.D.P. inspection in for their purchase. I had not heard of this inspector in my career so was unsure. Wow! Rodney Winstead's fresh in his knowledge and very careful. While it is your instinct to refer companies who you've used for soo long, sometimes inspectors retire or perhaps burn out. So the idea of jumping ship to a new inspector is not without hesitation and doubt. But Rodney Winstead has really proved he will be in this for some time and that if you have also lost your preferred inspector over time, seriously consider giving Rodney
