Ashiatsu, or barefoot massage, has become one of my specialties, and allows me to offer a deep tissue massage like no other in Kalispell, Mt. The overhead parallel bars and my upper body strength give me the ability to adjust the pressure, so even if a client doesn't need deep work, they can still experience massage therapy that is very different than what is done by most other massage therapists near me.
I became interested in deep tissue massage therapy during a difficult phase of my life which involved a desk job eight hours a day, and paying the price by experiencing constant discomfort in my lower body from sitting too much, and stressing too much. I literally could not sit through a movie, the pain was so bad.
Add one area of kinesio taping (knee, low back, shoulder, etc.) DURING any office table session for an additional $15.00, each additional area, $10.00. Taping will be placed near the end of the session. In October of 2015 I took part in an online introduction class to Kinesio taping, short for Kinesiology, and learned a little about this interesting healthcare modality.
Mobile massage therapy in the Flathead? You betcha! Chair massage is available at a flat rate of $85 per hour to groups or businesses within a 20 mile radius of my Kalispell massage therapy office. Chair sessions, per person, should be at least 10 minutes long, no longer than 20 minutes, and at least an hour of my time.
Outcall sessions must be booked by phone, and are only available during the late afternoon or evening. In the massage therapy world, "outcall" means I come to you! Yes, within a 20 mile radius of my Kalispell massage studio, I will bring a massage table, sheets, and smile to your doorstep, providing you have enough space for me to set up and work comfortably.

I highly recommend Johnny Cochrane! I just moved here from Portland, OR. I am having some posture and low back issues, and I was recommended by my physical therapist. I was excited to learn that Johnny does a mix of techniques, including ashiatsu. The table message is tailed uniquely for specific needs. He deals with message on a medical level, and I forsee many more visits for myself. All in all, amazing!

Oh, if you have not had a massage by Johnny then you have no idea what you are missing. It was an amazing experience and my body felt so much better. His technique is unlike any other I have experienced. My body felt worked but I was not sure like when some massage therapist have done deep tissue work. Professional, courteous, caring and empathetic. I can't say enough great things about Johnny. Just wish he wasn't so far away; as I have moved to Idaho.

Johnny is a very warm and friendly human. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed in his inviting space. The massage was relaxing, and I enjoyed the heated bed. He asked questions such as what type of music do you prefer, room temperature, etc to make sure you have a great experience. I also like that at the halfway point he allows you time to stretch and get a drink of water. I would highly recommend Johnny's services.
