St. Stephen's Preschool is a nonprofit organization owned and operated by St. Stephen's Episcopal Church as a part of their ministry to the community. The Preschool has a Board of Directors who works with the Rector and Director to oversee the operations of the school. We seek to offer a loving atmosphere for social, emotional and cognitive growth and to provide a child-centered program that fosters a love for each other and a love for the world.
Our goal is to prepare the children socially, emotionally and academically for kindergarten. Our program offers a half-day morning preschool experience for children age 2-5 years, that includes play, art, music and more, with both group activities and individual attention. We offer a two-year-old program on Tuesdays and Thursdays or Monday Wednesday and Fridays from 9:00-12:00.

Services
Tracie Nelson is the Director of St. Stephen's Preschool and a head teacher in one of the 4's classrooms. She has worked with preschool children for 20 years and has her Bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She attended California State University at Fullerton, USC and St. Mary's College.
St. Stephen's Preschool seeks to offer a loving atmosphere for social, emotional and cognitive growth and to provide a child-centered program that fosters a love for God, a love for each other, and a love for the world. The 2's (two-year olds) attend on Tuesdays and Thursdays or Monday Wednesday and Fridays from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm This class has a maximum of 12 children and 3 teachers.
Our tuition fees are a yearly fee divided into ten equal installments. The first and second installments are due with your admission fee. The remaining installments are due the on the first of each month from September through April. Your May installment is covered by the deposit you made with your admission fee.
