Abiding in Yoga, do your work without attachment and with being balanced in success or failure. Balance is called yoga. (Bhagavad Gita). Formerly an apparel designer, always an artist, forever a student, grateful for the opportunity to share the teachings of yoga. Through my longtime personal practice, I have come to know the many benefits of yoga, both physical and spiritual.

In these very stressful times Elisa Barrett's yoga classes are a bright spot in my day. She creates a welcoming space to nurture your body, mind and spirit and a peaceful interlude to balance the activity of life. Elisa's commitment to her craft is evident from the many years of training she has under her belt and the many different modalities of body care she has mastered. Yoga students at any level will find classes among Elisa's offerings to suit their needs.
