I live in Texas and ordered online from VIP in Portland, Oregon to be delivered to Willamette National Cemetery for Memorial Day. I described what I wanted. They delivered exactly what I wanted and sent me a picture of the flowers at the grave site. Excellent job VIP. I shared the pictures with our family.
The response was how beautiful the arrangement was. They're super awesome! I ordered a dozen of roses on Valentine's day and we happened to have an ice storm here and they still managed to delivery the flowers to my wife! 5 stars from me! Thanks guys! The flowers were amazing and she loved them so much!

Absolutely stunning arrangements! VIP flowers did all the flowers for my wedding and it came out incredible! Myself and all the guests were speechless how hard they worked to ensure everything looked perfect for our big day. I was getting compliments ALL night about how beautiful the flowers looked. They listened to all my ideas and made my vision come to life on our special day! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! We definitely recommend them to all our family and friends. 5 stars!

I have ordered flowers a few times and service was very good! I was most impressed when I ordered flowers for my cousin’s funeral and I asked to have the flowers matched to the colors wanted by the family. The staff created an excellent spray of flowers! You cannot pick a better flower place in PDX area!

This week I received a bouquet that my in-laws from the east coast sent to me for my birthday. I've sent and received flowers before from other companies and they were decent; but I am blown away by my VIP Flowers bouquet! It's absolutely stunning. Every single flower arrived fresh and beautiful, the arrangement is gorgeous and it smells amazing! The first photo is from the day the bouquet arrived; the next two are from today, three days later. As a happy customer I plan to use these guys the next time I want to order flowers.

So happy to find an open Flower shop late on a Saturday afternoon. Nice selection for such a small shop. Silk arrangements that look like fresh & a cooler case with a nice selection of loose stems & greenery, and another with pre-made arrangements of all sizes. I ended up choosing a large air plant that has made the recipient beyond happy. Not at all what I expected to find or purchase. It was unlike any I had ever seen & it was great.

We thought our appointment went well for our October wedding. We sent in photos, ideas of what we wanted and never heard back. When we called they said our email went to their spam and would contact us. When we didn't hear back we left a message and still haven't heard back 2 weeks later. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. Wouldn't want a no show on wedding day so we've gone with someone else.

I always try to find a local florist close to where I'm sending flowers. While searching for flowers to send to my wife's work while I was out of town, I found several florists that turned out to be third party vendors. VIP is not one of those kind of places. I placed my order online Sunday night and the most beautiful bouquet that she has ever received showed up the next day at far less what the other florists in the area charged. I will definitely be using VIP again.

Every time I walk in I am greeted by a helpful staff member and the wonderful smell of fresh flowers.They have so much to choose from, beautiful flowers. Gorgeous arrangements! Talented florists. I've been shopping there for years. Especially considering to quality of flowers its a best fresh flowers! Just want to let you know how pleased I was with this arrangement.
