The owner is a very nice man. He replaced my watch battery and cleaned the watch for only $6! I'm a younger guy who knows nothing about jewelry and anyone could have totally scammed me but instead the owner was informative and very personable. If I ever need to buy jewelry I would feel very comfortable buying it at Bartlett.

I recently took my engagement ring in to be fixed for a missing stone. When I went in to pick up, 1 week later, an entirely different stone was missing. They kept my ring for another week until I got another call to come pick up. When I arrived the sales associate could not locate my ring, and I was told I shouldn't haven been called because my… ring was not finished. THREE WEEKS LATER I finally pick my ring up. I felt uncertain that my ring was fixed properly and took it to another jeweler just to inspect it only to be told that Bartlett Jewelers had replaced my diamonds with smaller stones

I've passed this jewelers numerous times but never had the need to shop there. One day my favorite watch stopped so I visited
Bartlett's to have the battery changed. I was greeted by a friendly woman who stated that indeed they replaced watch batteries and it wouldn't take long.
While waiting, I looked around and saw they had a good selection of watches, rings, pendants and much more to choose from.
I will certainly keep Bartlett's in mind come special occasions where I need jewelery. The service was exceptional.
