We have been using Newport Signs, albeit not very frequently, since 2001, and all was well, until this round. difficult to explain, but 'feels like' if I did not want to buy new hardware they did not want to do business any longer, and when I called in to ask when I was going to get my quote, I was told 'go somewhere else'...
