I bought an enterprise license so that I'm able to do Remote Online Notarizations (which are newly allowed in my state), and I found the website fairly self-explanatory. And for the things that were less intuitive, I reached out to their email support. My experience with them has been stellar. They've answered many questions for me and they've gotten back to me very quickly. I'm very pleased so far. I took off one star because the number of participants is capped at four (excluding the notary public). Overall, I would definitely recommend though.

I just got my AZ commission for EON and RON notarization and chose DocVerify as my technology. I was having some trouble with creating the account and knowing what to do first. Linda in support got me straightened out quickly - when I contacted the company on a Saturday.
I would love for DocVerify to have a better as well as live chat and would love for them to put in a telephone support line - I'd pay more to have this type of support.
I'm also glad that you don't have to be a major company to have an account. They are really great for both individual notaries and notary companies.

I was not prepared for the huge change in notarization processes in Pennsylvania with this pandemic. I felt confident in performing normal processes but the R.O.N system seemed confusing. DocVerify quickly responded to my questions and gave me definite descriptions of all the steps and were very gracious in their responses. I'm not totally comfortable yet, so I'm very pleased to know they will be there to walk me through any questions or confusion! Thanks so much for making an intimidating process navigable!

I really appreciate the expedient responses from DocVerify's support team. The support team has demonstrated steadfast consistency with quick and immediate response timing. Also, with thoroughness in answering my questions or syncing me up to a specific area in the knowledge base that will answer my question(s). Additionally, when updating information, such as a county level notary commission expiration date, DocVerify responds and updates quickly. If you choose DocVerify as your online notary platform, you will be pleased with the use of your purchase. DocVerify appears to be the front runner

Linda from customer service should get a raise in pay because she’s an awesome employee. I had several issues with my account and she hung in there until they were all worked out. Not only was she consistent but she was considerate of my time in this sensitive issue. It was imperative that I have this issue resolved quickly so I could get back to work (enotary). Linda did a fantastic job at communicating with me step by step of the process and then eventually it was resolved. I just wanted someone to know that you hired the right person when you employed Linda!
