I'm yet again so pleased with my experience with Gabriela and her team at Value Collision. Gaby was easy to work with, she called the insurance for me, worked with the adjuster and kept me in loop throughout the repair process. She had my car fixed and ready to pickup in less than a week.

Take your car somewhere else and save yourself the headaches. Didn't fix my car right the first time. Took it back thinking that it would be done right the second time around. Nope. Took my rental car back and was stuck with a broken car. Weeks later and still have a broken car. Had an appointment for a third attempt and no response. I have just given up and will have to come out of pocket to get it fixed right by someone that is competent enough and cares to do the job. Took the money and left me stuck. Terrible "business".

Gabriela and her team repaired and serviced my Mini several times and did amazing jobs! This time I got a tune up. Her quality of service and attention to detail make Value Collision a pristine choice for your vehicle. I wouldn’t even bother with those other places. Gabriela goes above and beyond for me and even fixed something that my BMW dealership messed up! She communicates thoroughly with the dealership, insurance, etc. and completes work in a timely manner. I will never take my cars anywhere else!

I’m so glad that I chose Value Collision for my car repair. Even with a “luxury” car in today’s society car service experience is no longer enjoyable. Luxury car service advisors have become some of the most dishonest people in the car service industry. Value Collision has truly set the bar in service. Gabriela is the most kind, caring, honest and helpful human in the car industry and to top it off her Team made my car gorgeous. I would recommend Value Collision to any and everyone. To go anywhere else would be to cheat yourself.

I had damage on the side of my Dodge Challenger and it was a major eye sore. I contacted Geico to file a claim without having a body shop in mind and they attempted to low ball my damage thinking that I wanted to just pocket the funds rather than fixing my vehicle. They explained that if I go to a shop, they would basically adjust the initial estimate.
I searched online and came across Value Collision. The reviews were impressive but at the time I was really just trying to get a better look and estimate for Geico.

After running over some tire debris in the highway, it ripped some trim off above one of my wheels. I was referred to Gaby. She got me in quickly, within the next week...she was super nice, charged what was quite (quite fair, might I add) and I was in and out within 15 minutes, tops. Thank you so much VCC!!

I had terrible experience taking my car here. Not only was I extremely overcharged, which is ironic due to the name of the place, but I later discovered they didn't do a very good job in fixing the damage. When my bumper fell off a few weeks after I had taken it to Gabriela at value collision I took it to a body shop my insurance recommended and they told me there was some previous damage that hadn't been properly fixed.
My advice is don't go to these smaller collision repair places, stick with the ones the insurance companies work with.

I took my car in for some minor hail damage but they went above and beyond and gave my whole car a paint job and new stripes! They even fixed my door which had a dent in it and fit it all under my deductible! I would give more than five stars if i could i highly recommend value collision center they did way more than what they had to do and you just don't see that sort of thing anymore.
