Can't thank Randy enough for the work he did to fix our garage door. He also noticed our cylinder was unlocked and replaced it. Our door needed extra springs. Randy was kind enough to show me where the problems were and then how he fixed them. Very friendly and excellent service. I highly recommend ROCKSTAR!

I had good experiences with this company the first two times— first to install an automated garage door opener, and then to install an emergency unlock hole for when the power source to the garage was out.
This time I called to change the key code. I asked if I they could tell me how to do it myself. I’ve already spent close to $700 with this company, so I thought they might give me support over the phone. Nope. The person on the phone told me a tech needed to come out. The 20 year old spring on our garage door broke on Monday 3/15/21. I ran Google searches, and read the reviews both good and bad from four garage door repair companies. I decided to take a gamble on this local garage door service that had a 5 star rating, but only 390 reviews. I called them around 2:45pm, was given a fair estimate, and asked for the first available appointment, since I wasn't able to lift the door by myself to get my car out. My appointment was around 5pm, however I received a call from their Tech Rick at 3:30pm who asked if it would be ok if he arrived at 4pm. YES! Rick arrived
