Whoever handles calls here please seek better training. I called in regards to a DIU in commercial vehicle, they hanged up on me the first time. Second time I called, says “they’re are not Interested” like if I’m selling you something, when I’m seeking your services. Third time, I was hanged up as well.
A joke, I’ll be taking my money, somewhere else when they have common courtesy and common sense.

As a first timer ever involved in any kind of car accident, I did not know what to do. My sister-in-law recommended Moody Law. Recently I went to Attorney Dan P Moody for advice regarding a procedure performed at a local Medical facility. In preparation for the procedure, the nurse administered an IV needle incorrectly.
She obviously did something wrong because my arm was swollen up to my elbow. I had to go to the Emergency Room for treatment. The following day I had to return to the Emergency Room as my condition worsened. I asked Dan Moody if I had a case of malpractice.
He was very informative. He explained the steps necessary to proceed with litigation. The costs I would incur and the time it would require did not
